Problem in Mouth

Hello Doctor,

I am 29 years old. I don't smoke or Drink. I have been suffering from a problem in mouth. When I wake up in the morning, my mouth is full of saliva and mouth stinks very badly and stinks all the day. Sometimes gums are swollen and feel mild painful all the day but gums don't bleed. I have used many allopathic mouthwashes but no relief. Please suggest a medicine as I feel very embarrassing when person keeps putting finger on his/her nose when I talk.
Thanking you.
