WARTS on Right Hand Finger

Dear sir,INDU am having cronic warts issue.first started on age of 14 years on right hand 's fingure upper side.after one year long treatment.it had finished.after 10 years again reoccured in form of genital warts.but after one year treatment ,it disappeared but again after one year,it came on right hand's finger.I consulted with doctor.I reported him two issue,burning sensation in urination and warts.then gave me Antium crudum 200c for 15 days but suddenly one corn came in left leg near thumb sole then medicine chaned to thuja 200 c for 15 days.after that medicine discontinued.plz suggest me next step.I am 28 years old,salty and spicy iteams like more,hot patient.
