help no improvement
i was prescribed sulphur 30 ch 3X day-5 drops for depressionit has been 5 weeks and still feel no improvement.
what do you think?

If the physician told you to use sul for depression,and did not gave you any relief then contact the same physician and if it is your choice then it is wrong.I dont know what type of depression you are suffering from,however, the specific remedy is Aur Met 30,5 drops in a little water thrice daily.It will help you.if not consult again after 7 days,

Arnica helps a lot in relaxing the mind. kindly refer to Joe De Livera's posts on arnica wet dose on this forum. That should help you a lot.

You mentioned Sulphur 30ch above. Just for information, I have come across ch potency in France when I was there in early seventees.
The first medicine I got was Nux 30ch when I asked for 30, but I did not suspect any difference. In India they do not write C if it is centesimal.
Before I could use it,I went again to the same pharmacy for another medicine in potency 200. The pharmacist recognised me, as we were his regular customers for allopathic medicines and there were only two Indian-looking families in that locality. He scrached his head and asked me,"Who the hell is your doctor". I said that it was my hobby. "It is obvious that you do not understand the potency system in this country", he said. He then wrote out a table, in which: 3CH was=30C; 5CH was=200C; 30Ch was=100,000C and so on. I almost asked for a medicine for vertigo!
