Any homeopath here experienced in treating Sarcoidosis

I would like to know if any of the homoeopaths here has had any case of sarcoidosis of the lungs. I would be thankful if you'll could help my out with the matter as i wish 2 treat my dad suffering from the past 15-20 years from sarcoidosis. Also i would like to know the basic cause of sarcoidosis so that it becomes easier to identify the remedy.
