I got married before 7 months, after I come to know that I am facing premature ejaculation problem.
I started masturbation in early age but left it before marriage.
## I ejaculates within 1 minute.
## I tried viagra, sensation reducing creams but no use.
## Even using condoms cannot prevent PE.
## I feel lack of self confidence due to this and very afraid of doing sex due to embarrassment.
Please help me, please.
## my precum start discharging when I start deep romance with my wife or get close to her.
## rarely I feel pain in my testicles.
##My semen is not too thick, and comes out when I urine or passing stool along with the urine without any sensation. due to which I sometimes feel pain in my penis.

visible changes are
for last 4 days semen has not come along with urine.
precum discharge is little bit controlled.
other conditions has not had any visible change.
Kindly advice about when do i take the medicine again or any other things.

You should give 15 days to Selenium 200 for doing it's work. You may take Lycopodium 200 on need after that. Please keep patience. Patience and positive attitude is the best remedy for all ailments.

-1. ejaculation timing improved but only less than 5%(means 4 to 5 seconds).
-2. Erection does not stays long now as it was before.
-3. Precum discharge is controlled but improvement is 10% to 15%.
-4. Semen discharge along with urine is improved but only 5%.
-5. lack of confidence and fear of discharge exist.
Kindly help me out in controlling the premature ejaculation as it is still a big problem for me.

=1= Improvement has been felt in Premature ejaculation. 10% to 15% better timing then before.
=2=feeling inconsistency in erection. Sometimes it's very good.
=3=Precum discharge is quite controlled.
=4= Semen discharge along with urine usually occurs.
=5= Confidence is improved.

Another problem which I face is urine drops comes after passing urine and sometimes I feel to urinate frequently.
