premature hair grey , baldness, fratigue

I am really thankful for your unconditional guidance , these words are less to express my gratitude.

MY main health problem & its symptoms?

1. grey hairs (around 50 % mainly side of my head) also starting to have some grey beard under chin.
2. frontal lobe baldness and less density of hairs
3 Constipation (when i search the following symptoms internet's says it's a Depression i don't have any idea about its cause also haven't lost a near and dear ones,though a little social anxiety .

My stool proves its a constipation as it is
Very soft small scattered unlike a hot dog, sometimes hard have to press hard. But i don't feel satisfied and complete after that . Need to go again particular .

4.Restless , weak ,lost , confused, shot tempered, intollerent to noise level.
Feel worse after i masturbate and exercise.

Ans lazy, procastination ,Always getting late , optimistic, problem solver, introvart, shy , when someone criticizes me or say badly to me i think about that very much and often can't move on easily, i am also very much loving, caring ,emotional ,moody ,arguing . have risk taking nature. criticizing disagreeable ,i also exhibit childish behaviour. get easily happy and sad ,sensitive to others opinion.procastinating


5. If money was not an issue and you had a month of vacation, what would you do

Ans Every Adventure sports , beaches, night clubs foreign travell .

6. How is your relationship with your parents, spouse, siblings, children etc.
Ans Fortunate to have nice and loving parents i care too much for them but have a rebellaous behaviour so not soo good relationship with dad .good with mom
Have less friends social circle.

7. If relationship is not ok, what’s wrong and how is it affecting you
Ans Low energy life level is the cause of my bad relationship with my brother ,mother ,father as it is making me feel limpatient , weak , have mood swings

Ans nothing At all

10. When did this main problem begin
Ans 1 greying problem started at age of 12 years
2. baldness around 5 years back.
3 Low eñergy energy'slevel Weakness fatigue around 6 months.

Ans too much thinking ,too much concern for other , sedentary lifestyle .

Ans excessive sleeping after that i feel better but in evening i feel weak again.

Ans nothing but i don't prefer social gathering special family because i intraword feel lost don't know what to talk

Ans How to overcome family financial problems and plans for my future.

Ans opposite to the situation. Did not feel sad when my grand father expired.

Ans thoughts/ stories going on in sleep also i take time to sleep.

AnsYes like running down the stairs very fast,freely
I'm in a school and i'm not taking any tutions for my upcoming examinations, playing football and unable to run

Ans No these problem are consistant throughout the year.

Ans sweets and creamy biscuits after luñch , flour products like patty, burger , Masala chips , lemon sandwitch

Ans dairy products - milk , yogurt makes me fee lazy after that.

Ans Sweet and Sour.

Ans Warm.

Ans i sweat very much Mostly everywhere generally at armpit forehead face ,shoulders. no particular smell and train

Ans separate lumps hard like nuts, daily in the morning no particular smell . But i don't feel satisfied and complete after that . Need to go again.

Ans Yes ,Ashwagandha for weakness. Avipattikar for constipation.

Ans. No

55. What homeopathic remedies have you taken in the past (potency, dosage, approx. time frame)
Ans . In past i have taken homoeopathy medicine for reducing grey hair n reducing is greyness it was a long time ago approximately 10 years and i don't know which medicine was given to me.

Request to Dr
1. Plz recommend homopathy medicine in liquid liquids form for external and internal use for all problems and in
what quantity should I take it.

2.. Will i be able to reverse greyhair at head and beard and regrow hair on my frontal lob. how long do Ihave to take medicine .

3. What are the reasons for my weakness tiredness is it depression if yes which type.
I desperately need cure for that as it is making me miserable

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Your remedy is: Calcarea Carbonica 200c.

HOW TO TAKE THE REMEDY:
Please take two doses 12 hrs apart. Just two doses. Not daily.
Report back in 15 days with changes observed.

TIME OF DOSE:
First dose: At night before sleeping.
Second dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.
Don’t take any more dose or any other remedy unless I tell you.

PILLS/PELLETS:
If your remedy is in the form of pills:
One dose is one pill.
Dissolve the pill in mouth.

LIQUID REMEDY:
If your remedy is in liquid form:
Put one drop of the remedy in half glass of water, stir and take one tea spoon from it.
That’s one dose.
Use the same mixture for subsequent doses, if required.
Don’t refrigerate the mixture. Put it anywhere covered, away from direct sunlight.

PRECAUTIONS:
If there is significant worsening of symptoms (called homeopathic aggravation) after the first dose, then don’t take the second dose.
Don’t take any other homeopathic remedy during this treatment.
Give a break of at least 10 minutes before eating/drinking anything before or after taking the remedy.
During the treatment, don’t eat anything which you have never had all your life.

HOMEOPATHIC AGGRAVATION
Sometimes the symptoms for which treatment is being done can worsen after taking the homeopathic remedy. This is homeopathic aggravation and a good sign. It usually dies down within 24-48 hrs. During this time you can use any non-medicinal means to keep yourself comfortable. If the aggravation seems excessive, you can use any & all means necessary (including taking allopathic medicines) to keep yourself comfortable. Keep your homeopath fully updated if this happens.

HOW TO GIVE FEEDBACK:
A good example of how to report your progress is by giving %age improvement for all your health problems e.g.
Headache: 30% better
Low energy level: 50% better
Anxiety: 40% better
Sadness: No change
Depression: Worse
And so on list all your complaints.

GENERAL INFO ABOUT HOMEOPATHIC PRESCRIBING:
If someone is giving several remedies, without waiting to see the effect of one remedy, then it is totally against the core principles of homeopathy. Such an approach is unlikely to give permanent cure, rather it may distort actual symptoms making subsequent cure even more difficult.

DIETARY GUIDELINES:
Homeopathy is not magic and it can only work when all other supportive strategies are also used. To make sure you are cured as fast as possible and stay that way please change your lifestyle to include the following:

1. Start eating half cup of low fat, plain, non-flavored yogurt with live cultures daily in the morning or with lunch. If you have homemade yogurt that’s the best.
2. Stop all processed foods e.g. white bread, white rice, white burgers etc.
3. Eat whole foods only i.e. whole grain bread, brown rice, brown burgers etc.
4. The bread should be high in bran content & the flour should be coarse ground.
5. Start eating a small bowl of salad at least once a day e.g. it should contain cucumber, carrots, salad leaves, tomato and any vegetable you like. Put a dressing of olive oil & raw apple cider vinegar and put some salt & black pepper to your liking.
6. Eat at least 1-2 fruits per day e.g. apple, orange etc.
7. Drink enough water so that your urine is clear. Yellow colored urine is a good indication that you are dehydrated.
8. Eat only when hungry and when eating, don’t overstuff yourself.
9. Focus on food only when you eat i.e. don’t divert your attention by watching tv etc.
10. Exercise:
• Aerobic activity e.g. Start walking at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week with your spouse/friend and achieve your target heart rate.
• Strength training e.g. Start weight training at least 20 minutes 3 days a week.

NOTE: Yogurt can cause increased mucus generation in some individuals, if you are like that, don’t eat yogurt. Rather start eating roasted black chick peas (also known as Bengal Gram) daily.

Sir thank you for your reply.

Sir I felt no change everything is same .

Low energy level: No change
Weakness : No change
Fatigue : no change
Depression: No change.
poor concentration level : No change.
procrastination .: no change



Sir plz clear whether I have depression.If yes than can it be there for unknown cause.
And sir what is my problem.

Sir i will definitely reply you after 15 days but now i really need to know what is my problem other than grey hair , is it depression or it is just a weakness. I am expecting a name for it .

Also i want you to know that NOW a days i m miss behaving with my parents especially with my mother with an intention to make her angry and suffer as i am a little angry with her .
And today I had blood in my stool , in past also I experienced this only once . Forget to tell u about that.So do think I have piles?

And remedy u prescribed , will it cover my grey hair also or you will start treatment for grey hair after 15 days.

Can u suggest me some psychology or some guideing book to help me with this difficult phase .
Plz reply all my queries.

We don't have disease names in homeopathy, we treat by symptoms only.

Are you following all the diet/exercise guidelines too.

Sir I will be honest .
In beginning I feared that I end up feeling more weak after exercise which had happened to me in past.

Within 2 days I felt very good like I m back again , very energetic ( 70 % improvement) but didn't follow exercise schedule properly especially strength training. Only used to go for long walk after dinner

Habit of sleeping late wakeing just before office time , going late in office, not spareing time for exercise in morning is difficult for me to change.



Now after 15 th days I feel very weak like I used to feel before with other symptoms of gas in evening and also some times blood in stools . So presently I m feeling same . With no change now.

Sir do I have to stop ayurvedic medicine ashwagandha.

Once you have changed your habits for 4 weeks at least then come back otherwise ask someone else on the forum for assistance.

Yes sir i had the habit of sleeping late like 2am and waking up just before office time 10am so I get enough sleep of 8 hours everyday.
And thats not my everyday schedule many a times I wake up early but could not gather enough energy to go, feel weak.Even if I push myself and go I end up feeling more weaker.So what to do in that case?

Is the effect of not doing exercises is so severe that I feel weak , less alert , unhappy ,in the morning, during my office hours , worse after coming back , even though I get sleep of 8 hrs?
Searched above didnt find any relation of exercise , weakness and sleeping late.

I guess I should be given a cure for my diseases and along with that as i get normal will follow exercise schedule .

And i'll do what you think is best for me and don't ever mention to ask for advice to someone else please.
Plz reply my above 2 questions and changes and a remedy (if u think).

Didn't get the answer of my question that effects of not doing exercises so intense that i feel weak all the time .
Also what you are quorting was said by me after taking the remedy not after following the exercise schedule .
Anyways man dont bother for me now i have enough ,need no more assistance.
