Chronic asthma symptoms

I have been dealing with asthmatic symptoms for nearly 45 years. I'm a seeker and will never give up searching.
It started at a very young age with bronchitis one after another. I was always treated with antibiotics. At age 8 I was placed into a sanatorium for children with asthmatic tendencies. At age 22 I spent 3 month at a university hospital being treated with Theophilin AM/PM treatments, inhalation of some 'gas' to induce cough to help me expel the mucus. Shortly after that I was placed on disability pension with severe asthma symptoms. Who know where I would be now but in 1985 I defected from my homeland and have been taking care of my health issues on my own. I refuse to take steroids as they completely mess me up but rely on nebulizer solution of albuterol. That I admit I can't live without. I do use only when it's absolutely necessary and this type of use gives me control how much I take in compare to measured doses in regular inhalers.
I live a very good lifestyle, no junk food, sweets, buy all organic that is available to us, farm eggs, no milk, hardly ever any bread or grains, minimal or no alcohol at all, I cook everything from scratch, no coffee.
My symptoms are brought out/up mostly by physical activity but sometimes I could be sitting reading a book and I'd get so tight and short of breath I have to use the nebulizer. I hardly ever have any mucus production in my lungs but I do have a post nasal drip that irritates my throat sometimes and make me cough, which will lead to wheezing and shortness of breath.
I have been doing all the best I can for many years but I'm left with frustrating feeling. I had acupuncture treatments, used EFT, meditation, grounding, etc. I live fairly away from a city in a very peaceful environment to stay away from city pollution and stress. We have a well water on our property, no additives as it is very clean and pH balanced.
If any of you wonderful people have any suggestions for a homeopathic approach to my asthma I'd be ever so grateful for any suggestions.
Regards for now and thank in advance for taking time to read my post.

First off: thank you so very much for your respond. Please know it is very much appreciated

Sex: F
Age: 52
Nature of work: n/a

Location: US-West coast

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experience and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering? State the correct location.
Shortness of breath with wheezing/upper chest area.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body? Incontinence after the birth of my second child 24 years ago, especially when coughing, jumping or laughing.
Farsighted, astigmatism lazy eye since the age of 14 months of age....born without any signs of eye complications.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings? Frustration and feeling lost in regards of asthma symptoms because I am trying to get rid of it for so long. Embarrassed in regards of incontinence.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words. Fearful that I will die one day suffocating, what a terrible way to go out of this world.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease? It started with repeated bronchitis as a child, very early age. Then at the age of 22 I was camping and had to come home early, could not breathe. Got to the point I could not stand up straight upwards or even speak. My shoulders and chest felt like there is a ton of heavy load preventing me from taking even a slight breath in.

6. Which time of the day you are worst? I can't really pin point, there is no specific time, it comes and goes at different times. For the last 3 or 4 years the wheezing will wake me up between 2-5 AM.

7. What are the things that aggravate your suffering and those that ameliorate the same? Example: time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc. This one is unclear as well. I don't like being cold as I tend to lift my shoulders then get very sore/tired feeling in the shoulder area. I don't like hot air blowing to my face but enjoy a cool breeze/wind on the beach. When I get hot feet sometimes, that happens rarely, I feel nausea almost to the point I would have to vomit and I feel like jumping out of my skin.

8. Do you think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)? No, I don't think so. I have moved several time in the last oh, 10 years, also visited different places but have not really noticed any significant signs.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I don't like HOT weather, I like COLD dry Winter with snow. I love the time after summer rain.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
I can be moody and I believe it's related to my hormones. I agree when things make sense to me, I disagree when I know what I see or hear is not correct. I do change my mind when I see there is a better way or a change is necessary. I can be firm and also stubborn. I am social and feel good being around friends and good natured people. I like to be busy but start my day at slower pace in the mornings then get more motivated and focused later.
I am nurturing type, love to cook. I like short trips then come back to comfort of my own home.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
I love storms, especially Summer storms.
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
NO, like to be left alone!
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
DONT like NOISE.
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
Weeping, talking to one self etc?
I don't like mess, filth, dirt but not obsessive cleaner!!! I don't like making mistakes.
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I don't have many friends right now as I have moved and I live in rather secluded area. My father past away last year and I am unable to see my mom too often as she lives in EU. To my parents I could never be smart enough or do things right so there are times I don't feel confident or capable yet, I know I am. My children live in Canada. I am somewhat in touch with my son but I have no contact with my daughter. I think of her just about every day and I try reaching out to her every so often. She is not in touch with anyone from the family.
My personal relationship is good however, I feel frustrated sometimes.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I hardly ever remember my dreams. Used to have one dream over and over, flying. It was always the same road, distance. Remember the dream vividly like it has really happened and just like yesterday. I even feel the feeling of taking of the ground.
My only fear is of dying suffocating.

12. What do you crave in food items and what are your aversions?
I like all kind of food, like to try new and different things. Can't think of any food I don't like.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Less to normal, also depends on cooking spices I use.

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal, could be a bit more before my monthly cycle.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
One type of smelly cheese, not available here, remember from childhood.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Normal, trunk, and feet will cold-sweat when cold.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Regular, floats.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Good sleeping now, half way on side and tummy, can't sleep on my back, sometimes fetal position when cold.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
Yes.

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?
Yes, just the fact I was born in a different culture and speak with an accent makes me feel different here.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
I have not had medication other than the Ventolin and albuterol to use in the nebulizer for a while. The last one was Pulmicort about 2 years ago. Used 2 inhales in the AM. Helped partially with my symptoms but still had to use the Ventolin when hiking, dancing, singing.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
Mom's mom-brain tumor/passed
My father - lung 'C', all life heavy smoker/passed
Mom - calcification in a lymph node.
Mom's sister - colon 'C'
Dad's dad - diabetes/passed
Dad's mom - heart, kidneys/passed

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.

Sepia 6C

Dissolve 2 pills in 3 tablespoons water in a disposable cup, stir a few times and drink. Do this twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

Update me after 1 wk.

Thank you, will start right away today.

FYI: seeing the remedy you selected brought a memory from a very, very long time ago I completely forgot about. A naturopath gave me the same one but I felt like I will have to kill everyone around me. Not sure if it was the same potency.
Also, I was crying all the time.

It must have been higher potency. Now, instead of 1 wk, pls report back after 2 days so that if needed we adjust the potency.

You have not mentioned anything but you seem to have suffered a lot in relationships. Anyways, we don't want to ignore the asthma thing.

The way I see it today/now I would not call it suffering. Then, yes but I did not understand 'me' completely either. I felt of not being accepted the way I am or being misunderstood..... never felt I can be completely and freely me without being made fun of or laughed at, questioned, disregarded, especially my emotions. Afraid to say or even mention something in that respect so I would not get hurt emotionally/mentally. So I think that led me to be manipulative, or selective if you will, with my choices of words. I am indecisive as I don't want to be judged or to hurt anyone by saying/doing things or get hurt myself. I take time to think about what steps to take before I make a 'move'. But I see it as a process of becoming and/or an evolution of who I am today. Am I finished growing? of course not and I hope I'm not!

FYI:
I did not receive the Sepia 6 C until yesterday PM, will report/check back in two days.
Thank you.

ok!

Zady101 9 years ago
I have been using the remedy for two days now.
There is a slight change. I did not need to get up during the night and use the nebulizer, which would normally happen just about every single night before starting the Sepia.
I also did not use the nebulizer during the day.
My breathing is shallow, that has not changes.
The post-nasal drip remains the same.
I feel tightness in my chest this morning and it will bring on a slight headache if I don't use the nebulizer.
While shopping at a store I walked by some baskets made out of a sea grass and it made me wheeze, tight in the chest and I had to use Ventolin.

Please let me know, if I should continue with the Sepia to complete the whole week.

Thank you for your care and kindness!!!

WK 1:
M-wheezing and shortness of breath throughout the day, mainly morning hours, had to use nebulizer.
T-woke up with a cold sore like sore on my nose, coconut oil applied, sore did not develop into blisters, menstrual cycle started about 3 days early, which has never happened before -always late.Wheezing during the day, nebulizer used.
W-Heavy mens. flow, shortness of breath but not so much wheezing.Sore on the nose gone.
T-Woke up with a very painful cold sore on the R side of my mouth. Heavy flow cont. Not so much shortness of breath or wheezing=>office work not moving much around. Very tired in the evening. Applied topical treatment for the cold sore to kill the progression then hom. cream to stop the burning and pain sensation.
F-Woke with shortness of breath, used nebulizer for a couple of seconds just to get going.Cold sore still active but not as painful and seems to be healing.
In general: shortness of breath remains the same and it feels like something/somebody is pressing on my breast bone and I can't take a normal and/or deep clean breath.
I can sleep through the nite without waking up between 3-5AM needing to used the nebulizer, which was an automatic event every single night for a few years now.
The postnasal drip remains the same and some days are worse than others. Today I feel a slight pressure in the nasal/sinus? cavity ,can be recognized when talking as well.

Thank you for your time reading over this report and I'm looking forward to your suggestions for the future treatment.

P.S. as I child and throughout the adolescent years mostly I have suffered cold sores all over my moth and nose. It was a very painful and traumatic emotional time/ experience. If i remember correctly my parents were going through a separation and divorce when I was 12 or 13 y.o. Somewhere around the same time I had several wart on both of my hands, mostly around the nail beds. Those were surgically removed. Another very painful and traumatic event in my life.

Week #2:
As far as breathing goes not much changes, really. Used the nebulizer and Ventolin pretty much the same as the week prior.

Nasty bitter aftertaste in my mouth accompanied by halitosis. I would experience a bitter or metal like taste when I had a cold. My partner brought up the halitosis issue. I then asked if he ever noticed anything like this in the past and he categorically said NO, never.

The menstrual flow was almost a week longer than usual. Light flow the second week accompanied by a foul odor I have NEVER experienced before.
