Dear Closepet,

More info is needed on this. Is this something that happened
recently?

If so, what do you think caused it?

Or if this is a chronic issue, you cannot use this program as a lot
more questions need to be asked.

That program does not teach you how to translate your symptoms into rubrics (homoeopathic interpretations of the symptoms), or how to choose the best rubric to fit the problem, or how to weight those symptoms so you choose the right ones. It really is fairly useless to have that accessible at all quite frankly.. I can't imagine any lay person will ever get a successful suggestion from it, even for an acute prescription.

You cannot give your case this way. You need to give your symptoms, in your own words, as fully and descriptively as you can. Do not look at the way that program refers to symptoms - use only your own expressions.

This program represents a homoeopathic repertory - a detailed reference work that catalogues all the symptoms ever recorded by homoeopaths and the remedies that produced or cured those symptoms. It takes years for a homoeopath to learn how to use repertory correctly. There is a whole philosophy behind it. It is better to leave that kind of work to people with the training, as there are many pitfalls of which you are unaware, and this program does not make allowances for human error.
