Anosmia the inability to perceive odour

Any insights or remedy suggestions please for a lady in her early 50's who has had this condition since birth. She has had absolutely no ability to smell. Her taste buds function reasonably well but finds it difficult to differentiate herbs spices and garlic. She is a healthy lady in every other way

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Loss of smell, as a symptom in homoeopathy, has over 100 remedies indicated for it. There is no way to prescribe successfully for someone on the basis of this one symptom.

It is also impossible for her to be healthy in every way and have such a significant symptom. There will be an underlying chronic disease of some kind, which may be reflected in her mental state, her emotions, her sleep, her dreams, her appetite, her sexual desires, her menstrual history or in many other areas. 'Disease' in homoeopathy is broader and more inclusive than any other kind of medical system.

If she is willing to give her entire case here, answering a list of extensive questions I can post, then it is possible I might be able to help. Such a long term chronic condition from birth could be difficult to cure though.
