allergy with ear itching
Hi,I take zyrtec once a day, every day, all year long. During allergy seasons I'll take 2. This has helped with a lot of the symptoms. However, I still often have bad itching in my ears that doesn't seem to be helped by the zyrtec. I think the itching comes on usually at night when I lay down in bed. I am guessing its because of dust mites? The itching is inside the ear.
I'd like to stop the itching and if possible get myself off zyrtec.
Some history: I didnt develope strong allergies until my twnties and I've had them for about 8 years now. I took allergy shots for about 3 years but gave up since it didn't do much. I've tried all the medications and zyrtec helped the most.
I've also had bad acne since I was a teen. I don't know if that matters.
I've read that milk, yeast(bread?) and sweets are bad for allergies. Is that true? I mostly live off those 3 things + any type of meat.
Doing my own research I was about to buy Hylands Seasonal Allergy, but then decided to ask here first to see if I am on the right track.

I believe that is a mixture of remedies, which is a not the proper or effective use of homoeopathy. It might help a little, it won't cure. Those mixtures never cure anything. At best they might palliate the symptoms for awhile, but palliation can actually make your problem worse or more difficult to cure.
The best way to use homoeopathy is to have your whole case taken and an individual medicine prescribed on the basis of your unique presentation of the condition (and including all other health issues you might have now or in the past).
