Knee Joint Deflecting while opening from bending

Hello Doctor,

I had an accident on 23rd Jan 2014 and My left knee proximal tibia bone was fractured. Nowadays I'm facing problem while standing from sitting on pan, I got stretching noise from my left knee joint also got pain on such movement.

Furthermore when I open that knee from bending of its own its getting twisted a bit to left direction.

I can't walk easily like before on bumpy road. During descending I likely loose my control on walking. During ascending stairs not such problems except a noise and a bit pain.

I'm 34, Weight 82Kg, Height 169cm.

Would you suggest a medicine to get rid of.

hi doctor, my ligament injured, orthopedic said "need surgery" for 100% cure. i don't want to do this. is there any long term medicine to cure.
