8 months pregnant with anaemia, which remedies?

Hi all,
Im in my 8th month of pregnancy& have been diagnosed anaemic. i feel too lethargic and breathless all the time.
I remember taking lecithin a while back when I had anaemia after my first delivery & was cured then.
Right now which remedies should I take? Im already taking ferrum phos tissue salts.
Breathlessness is horrible!
Thankyou so much

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I hope you are using foods high in iron (red meat, liver, spinach etc).

Also get Ferritin supplement.

These are the fastest steps I know of to eliminate anemia.
