suffering from piles

Hi,
I am suffering from pilessince 3-4 months, itching and painful. Sometimes shows blood(little) in last of stool.
History- I have suffered from loose motion earlier this and i went for a doctor, he given me some medicine for 5 days. After that i suffered from constipation and then it causes piles. I am taking caster oil by advising a Ayurveda Doctor.

To start sulphur 30 one dose morning empty stomach nux vom 30 evening time for 5days .one dose4drops in two table spoon of water as one dose .pl donot use very fatty nonveg spicy diet .pl have fibre diet and fruits more .

you mean both medicine for 5 days or sulphur one dose for one day and nux vom for 5 days.

Hemmamelis 30 three times daily for 7days .Any itching burning or pain before during or after stool.

You can use pills as 8globules along with aloe 30 after two hours of hemmamelis .pl report after 5days .

I am taking some ayurveda medicine, should i continue it or not. Aloe 30 in liquid form and thrice daily.

Thanks for your quick response should i take aloe 30 in globules or liquid?
Now i ma suffering from panic situation, feeling pain always since three days, i can't sit properly now.
Please suggest further.

Sir,
I have taken both, its good now.
From yesterday some itching in anal area.
One thing i want to share that it is fissure as a doctor examine. Is it any diff. between pilesand fissure.
Please guide me about diet.

Pl take soft veg diet free from fried very spicy and oily diet .fissure ia scratched rectal area due to hard constipated stool.pile is a swelled cloblood vessel giving supply to rectal area .fissure is usally bloody but pilesmay be bleeding or non bleeding .

Should i continue these medicine or anything else. Today i felt some constipation. I have left to taking these medicine two days ago as you suggest to take for a week. It is curable or not. Thanks

pl continue the medicines as prescribed and also let me know improvent in rating 1-10 when 10 is worse and one is good.
