This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This syndrome is not one disease, it is a very general description of a problem that comes from different diseases and in very different situations.

When I look at the classic symptoms of this syndrome (which may include many others based on the underlying physiological cause) I have cured many patients who have presented with them.

•fats: light-colored, foul-smelling stools that are soft and bulky. Such stools are difficult to flush and may float or stick to the sides of the toilet bowl.
•proteins: fluid retention (edema), dry hair, or hair loss
•sugars: bloating, flatulence, or explosive diarrhea
•vitamins: anemia, malnutrition, low blood pressure, weight loss, and wasting

Regardless of the name given to such a condition, homoeopathy can (and has in my experience) easily clear these symptoms up.

If there is a more serious pathology underneath however, the real question would be how curable or treatable is that? That could require a more experienced practitioner. However any homoeopath, if skilled, trained and experienced, can treat a condition they have never seen before. That is one of the strengths of homoeopathy.
