i am sahil with 26 years of age, can anyone tell me about my semen analysis report. which medicines i need to take:

physical examination:
color: creamy white
viscosity: semi viscous
volume: 03 ml
ph: alkaline
liquefaction time: 30 min
orders: semen enferrious

microscopic examination:
total sperm count: 30 mil/ml
pus celss: 3---4/hpf
rbc's: nil /hpf

mobility:
good active motile: 35 %
sluggish motile: 20 %
non motile: 45 %

morphology:
normal: 45 %
abnormal: 55%
