Adult Acne

I have adult acne for about 12 years. I am 28 (male) and still suffering from acne but not as much when I was on my teens. About 4 to 10 active pimples at a given time

Pimples are small to medium in size and do not come to a head. Pimples takes a long time to heal. Acne on the cheeks in symmetry with right or left cheek. Acne around the earlobe. Acne on the chest.

Acne tend to grow on the same place or near the area where the previous acne has healed.

Oily Skin and large pores; easily sweats even with little change in temperature; sweat has no odor

Food Cravings: Obese and craves eggs and ice cream, sweets or sometimes chocolate and salty potato/corn chips. Likes cold water and cold baths.

Skin Care: Acne Soap and witch hazel toner and sunflower oil as moisturizer; regular bentonite clay mask

Family History - My mother has acne even up to adult hood. I was diagnosed before with rheumatic heart when I was 11/12 but was healed after 2 years with antibiotics and medicine.

Mental Constitution: Happy go lucky; disorganized with my things in my room and workplace; a little shy/reserved but can talk in front of many people; has an idea but tends to keep quite; can easily adapt to change; have a lot of what if's or mental/sexual fantasies; have a lot of spiritual questions on my role and mission in this world; a high drive to make a positive difference and change in this universe

I have tried calcerea sulphorica for 1 week and I thinked it worked out fine for me as it healed acne around my earlobes; currently taking antimonium tartaricum

Daily Supplement: Chromium Picolinate GTF and Chelated Zinc from albion laboratories

I hope someone knowledgeable can chime in. I do not have access to a homeopathic doctor in the area.

reading they maybe papules since they do not get a head or form pus sometimes if it gets bad they becomes nodules does not head at all.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body? I am a little lethargic.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings? Shyness, being uncomfortable with my own skin

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Tired and frustrated

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease? It started during puberty, maybe it is because of the antibiotics I have taken for my rheumatic heart or because it hereditary from my mother

6. Which time of the day you are worst? Nothing in particular

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Chicken and stress

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)? I think it is a combination of work and family related stress and my body is not able to cope up.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather? Cool weather

10. Describe your general mental set up? - How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm? Scared I might got struck by lightning

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times? No

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc? light and radio waves

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc? Sometimes I talk to myself to gain confidence and say to myself everything will be alright.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife? I have little friends no because of the my heavy work load. I am aloof with my mother and siblings. I tend to keep to myself to survive and be on my own. But when I visit my mom we talk on day to day life. I think I have issue before when I was child when my mother was not able to send me to camp I wanted to go before that still bothers me at times. I know this is rather silly and has already offered it to God and asked for forgiveness.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly? Fear of not being successful

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions? I crave sweets, icecream, chocolates and salty potato or corn chips. I do not like eating fish.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive? Excessive at times.

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive? I get hungry at 9 AM, 12NN and 6 PM. Sometimes I eat in between meals.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand? None that I know off.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs? I sweat more on my face and chest. Sweat has no odor.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type? I have regular bowel movements every morning; stool is soft and yellow in color; there broken in big chunks like hotdogs

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping? I get sleepy by 11 PM. I sleep on my left side.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general? No, I am not sexually active or with a sexual partner. I masturbate daily.

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all? I think I am smarter, a reader and observer of the world.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication? I have not taken anything antibiotic for my acne. I use different topical treatments for my facial acne like benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, witch hazel, apple cider vinegar, clindamycin, sulfur. So far none had complete made me acne free.
1 Week calcerea sulphorica which healed pimples on my ears and dried up cystic acne
Currently taking antimonioum tartaricum because I read somewhere I have whitish tongue which is a good indicator for the treatment

22. What major diseases are running in your family? Heart disease

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance Obese, 5’6, medium skin tone, Asian, curly hair, big nose, big ears, wears eyeglasses (nearsighted);

Hi- Stop taking any other remedies. What potency of Antimonium are you taking
and how many doses have you taken already?

Depending on that answer, wait for 5 days and then start Phosphorus 30c.

Take 3 pills or 2 drops in a quarter cup of water. Take one teaspoon out of that
as a dose.

Start, with one dose in the evening, one the next morning and one the next evening.

Then report on that after 5 days.

Btw- the liver is the organ that rules the skin in Chinese medicine. Bc you are obese
and stools are yellow, it means the liver is burdened. Ice cream, salty chips etc
have to be eliminated and a gradual new diet/exercise routine put into place
to help here.

There are cell salts to help with all of this, but I want to see what the phos effect
is first.

I am taking antimonioum tartaricum 30c, 3 pellets morning and evening, I have been taking them for about 10 days.

Thanks for the taking time to answer my problem. I will look for Phosphorus 30c. Homeopathic medicine is a little bit hard to find here in the Philippines. I will check my local health store. :)

I was able to find phosphorus 30c and will start taking it tonight, tomorrow morning and evening.

Will update you on the next 5 days what will happen :)

Hi Simone,

It is now my fifth day.

On the first day, I felt a little weak but was able to work the whole day. I actually needed less sleep. Even If I sleep for 4 hours only, I was well rested and woke up early in the morning.

Well, my cravings for ice cream and potato chips is so much less. I also got under control my sexual urges. I feel more will power and in control.

My bowel movement is twice a day. But I have regular bowel movements even before I took phosphorus 30c.

My acne, not much to report. I still have 4 active acne. Though my body acne calmed down significantly and started healing. My oily skin is still oily but more in control.

What do I do now?

Hi-this is a good result.

The last dose of Phos 30 was on the 16th-correct?

So now you wait and let it keep working and see how
long the action is.

When you start to feel worse again, then you take another
dose and see how long that works for.

The dosing has to be fine tuned depending on your reactions,
and the dosing will change . As you improve you need less.
If you take too much you will temporarily bring back
things.

Try to stay with the good food choices. Have good lean
protein with each meal. The protein is a slow steady
energy and the body simply will not want the other stuff bc
the body has energy from the protein.

Report again in 4 days.

My last dose was July 15. Ok as long as I feel fine I will not take another dose.

Hi!

I repeated the dosage yesterday because I think my pimples are fighting back lol.

I will update in the next four days. Over-all feeling is my muscles seems to ache but I am mentally not tired. It is just general feeling like like some energy structures are being moved inside my body, or maybe just imagining things. Same feeling when I have taken it the first time.

All is good. I have taken an online test to check what is my constitutional remedy and surprise surprise phosphorus it is.

I guess I should be more patient when the effects on my pimples will show.

Hi-

The acne has been a chronic issue for 12 years, and yes it won't
just disappear in a couple weeks. You may have to do a dose once
a week for a time, however you always take the dose when
you feel you are going in reverse so that you do not overdose.

I want you to make up the dosing bottle a different way.

Get a dropper bottle and put in 3 pills. Have a mix of 5 parts water
to one part alcohol. That way it will keep. The next time you need
a dose, take that bottle and hit it hard against your hand or a book,
6 times. Then take out a couple drops and put them into a
quarter cup of water. Take a tsp. out for one dose. Throw the rest
away.

This changes the potency slightly and you will use the dropper bottle
from now on.

update:

My two active acne on my face is slowly healing. Body acne is also minimize, the two-three is still there but it does not bother me.

Disposition - I am more calm and happy.

I will follow your advise to take it only when needed.

Bowel movement is also regular 2x a day - morning and evening.

I forgot to add, I also bought Boiron calendula ointment and also assisted in calming redness.

Also sleep is normal.

Skin oiliness is more or less the same.

That is very good. Now that you are
more balanced, maybe you can start
to work on your diet- bc what you eat
has a big effect on the skin.

You probably know what to do there-
google how many grams of protein a
day you need for what should be your
height and weight. Make sure you get
that amount in good, lean protein bc it
keeps the sugar levels balanced and reduces cravings.

Then eat good healthy variety of foods,
with minimum oil and salt and
exercise doing anything as a start-
even if it is for 5 minutes.

Plan your food calories for the day
with the protein and have less than
the amount you burn-this will help
the oily skin.
