wgt reduction-Pls help

I am 30yrs old female 154cm height and 68kg weight.I am in the first trimester of pregnancy.I am advised by Doc to reduce weight.I do dieting and walking.But no use.I want to reduce my weight safely with homeopathy.Pls help

What was your weight before pregnancy?

What other problems you do have?

Give an example and list what you normally eat and drink in
a 24 hour time frame.

I was 66kgs initially.I dont have any other problems.
Morning-1cup of tea
Breakfast-3chapathi + subzi
Noon-1 small cup rice+gravy+subzi
Evening-Tea+boiled corn/2biscuits
Night-3chapathi+subzi(at 8)
I have to reduce my wgt safely.Pls suggest me....

Hi-

I don't know what kind of Chapati you are eating, or how
many calories it has.Roti / Chapati / Phulka 60
Roti / Chapati / Phulka
With ghee 147
Missi Roti 125
Tandoori Roti 102-120
Tandoori roti with ghee 147
Roomali roti 200
Roomali roti with ghee 245
Chawal (Rice flour) Roti 105
Jawar roti 104
Bajra roti 108
Paratha Plain 243-290
Aloo Paratha 290-360
Gobi Paratha 270
Muli Paratha 257-

so I am guessing 150 calories, You are not eating
excessive calories with this diet if the chapati is 150.
This is a maintenance diet. At your height you could
stand to lose 15 pounds.

What you have to do here is try going from 2 biscuits to
one biscuit. And change one of the 3 chapati's to two chapati's.
This will work better if you have more protein in the chapati-
that will lessen your hunger. I don't know if the gravy is high
calorie or not- but if it is like 300 calories then change to
something that is half that or put natural yogurt on the the
vegetables instead.

You will see that when you make these adjustments and still
walk 40 minutes a day that a quarter of a pound will come
off each day.


You can do this till you reach your goal weight and then
monitor if you start to go over the goal weight again.
If you go over 2 or 3 pounds then you have to cut back
again to stay there. You will figure it out.

This is just math here and changing up the diet- fine tuning it.
