Severe bloating

Hello,
I am having couple of challenges and was wondering how homeopathy can help me. I had cervical fusion surgery in 2001. It fixed the nerve problems but I have been having two other problems since then 1) extreme muscle tightness that gets worse while sleeping 2) severe bloating in the abdomen.

The muscle tightness is at the nape of my neck, shoulders, under the shoulder blade, the muscles on either side of my spine, chest muscles etc. I think the same tightness is around my lower back also. But mostly the upper back has been more problematic. I am trying Arnica 30C. I bought it recently when I had a bad episode. It was helpful somewhat. But I am not sure how long I can/should take it.

Probably the second problem is easier to treat. I am having severe bloating. From my observations rice, potatoes etc make it worse. Of course I cannot eat Wheat/gluten since my muscular pains get very bad with gluten. That doesn't leave much choice!! In general I feel like I have a sack of flour tied to the tummy area(beneath my ribs) and lower abdomen. I also get acid reflux once or twice a week based on what I eat. Reading from your website it sounds like homeopathy will have medicines to get me off this severe bloating.

Please advise.
Thanks
