8. List of your complaints - From last 4-5 months my menstruation is only 2 days and it is very scarce. I have pain the first day. Also from 4-5 months we're trying for a baby but unsuccessful.I have a diagnosis of endometriosis. In May 2012 doctors removed by laparoscopy endometriotic cyst from my left ovary. Since then I periodically checked by a doctor and have no other cysts. In laparoscopic surgery was found that my left tube is blocked. Also have myopia (1 diopter). And I have floating black spots in front my vision.

The latest period start at 2 July and completely over at 3 July. The period is every 28 days and each month starts on a different day, no fixed date, start depends on what date falls 28-29 day cycle. These medicines I was taken each one separately (not together), at different times, different months, even different year (in the last 3 years), usually a single dose of 200С. Currently not taking any medication.
