hi mera naam Tehseem hai meri problem yeh Thai ki har waqt safaid chipchipa pani aata rehta hai 4 sail ho chuke hai ilaag karwate hua lekin koi benefit nahi mila roj subha me urine se pehle hi pani aa jaata hai wajan uthane par bhi aata hai aur jiyadah cycle chalane par bhi aa jaata hai.Seman bikul paani ki tarah ho gaya hai har waqt thoda thoda chipchipa pani aata rehta hai plz help me i m much worry .Har doctor or hakeem apni alag alag raye dete hain koi kehta hi nasen kharav ho gAyi hai koi kehta ki garmi ander baut ban gayi hai aur koi kehta hi ki sirf dhaat patli hone ku wajah se beemari hai .madad karen mera dimag kaam karna band kar raha hai
