Acid reflux

my 5 month old baby has acid reflux started at 3 weeks. Doctor put her on zantac and prevacid, which worked a little.I gave her Nat Phos6x for a month..worked in the beginning but had a feeing of nausea and didnt want to nurse when she is awake. For the past few days her reflux is very bad,she starts spitting up countinousy after half an hour of her feed which look and smell like sour yogurt. Her stool changed into constipation from green slimy stool She is not that gassy but very hard to burp her after feed.i can feel her gas in side but wont burp.
