Divergent Squint Eye - Infant

Dear Team,
Need help for my 15 months old daughter. She has been advised by the pediatric ophthalmologist that she is having - 2.5 power in both eyes with 180 degree axis and both the eyes have divergent squint. Surgery has been advised after 6 months once the power in the eyes stabilises through patching.
We have been giving Calcarea Hypo Phos, however no improvement. Is there any specific Homeo Remedy in these cases.

You may give her Natrum Mur 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 15 days. If this doesn't help please give Sulphur 200 in the same way.

Thank you Dr Kadwa. I will start Nat Mur 200 from tmrw and will report back to you.

Today we went for second reference to get confirmation on surgery. Doc confirmed that baby will require surgery in near future and he gave glasses to wear.
