This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi Sheryi-Homeopathic medicines are not used for this.

They are for 'illness'- if you are not sick there is nothing for the medicine
to do except create symptoms that you never had before.

You are eating well- and I would not take anything for this-
Everything has side effects. You must research all side effects of things,
before you decide to take it. And I would not mess with testosterone
levels, bc you can easily put the body out of balance, if you
artificially increase levels, they will have to go back down and this
will make you very depressed. Be careful.

Hi-

Here is a link on boosting Testosterone naturally. You can see that
if you take Zinc as a supplement not to do more than 40mg a day.

The Dr. is not going to prescribe meds for Test. Replacement Therapy/TRT
unless you are tested and levels are really low. Medical sites say this-'TRT has other side effects, too, including shrunken testicles, hair loss, acne, breast enlargement, and sterility. The therapy can also raise hematocrit levels (red blood cell concentration), which in turn can help improve athletic performance. But if your hematocrit level gets too high, the blood can become so viscous that it increases the risk of stroke and heart attack. And what many patients don't realize, is that testosterone is a 'lifelong therapy: Once you're on, your body stops making its own. Your brain sees the level is normal and shuts down.'

Avena Sativa Q and Alfalfa Q, you might be better off taking them in a different
format.
-but I don't have the info on that.

You can post again and ask for Kadwa in your headline- he is a physician,
and he can advise you correctly on Avena Sat and Ashwaganda.
