How do I get thru withdrawl
Is there anything I can to to ease the withdrawl symptoms from clonazepam(klonopin). Was on them for over 5yrs. I have weaned off of 3mg per day in a one month period, under my doctors advice. I have not taken any for 10 or 11 days now. I am trying to cope with shakey hands, sweating, insomnia, extreme fatigue, sore muscles, sensitivity to light. I have isolated myself from the world.
