how to remove lung tar
hi,i smoked for last 8 years.
i stoped it two months back.
so how to clean my lungs and how to increase my oxygen saturation in lungs.

yes i want to increase overall health.
bcz..
2011 NOV i got cerebral TB.
i took full treatment.
after that i faced altitude sickness at 2000 feet height on 2013 JUN,JUL, AUG.
so it happen me to leave my job and came back to home (40 feet height).
now i recovered, stopped smoking.
but still in cold climates, altitudes giving me continuous sneezes, itching eyes etc..
so i think oxygen supply to my body is less or internally some other infection is there.
pls think for my treatment
