Dr. Kadwa kindly suggest Physical stamina booster
I am Sheryl 33 male, 5'8' 79kg, i am doing body building. I eat after every 3 hour, i have in my diet Omega-3 fiber, calsium , protein, and vitamins. but I am looking for physical strene booster tonic, as im 33. and please also suggest any Zinc tonic. and should i go with Avena Sativa Q nd Alfaalfa Q.i want to gain more weight n stamina so kindly suggest doze

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may take 5 drops each of Alfalfa Q and Avena Sativa Q with some 20 ml water twice a day. Homeopathic zinc is not equivalent to the zinc supplements prescribed by allopaths.

You may take these mother tinctures continuously for 3 weeks and then take break for one week. This will ensure that there won't be any addictive effects on the system. i hope that this also clarifies Simon's query.

I think the poster does not have problems, they just want
to see how strong they can get and never lose the testosterone
levels of youth. You can click his name and see his other thread.
For my question: Are you saying that if a person has no problems,
but wants to keep 'enhancing' themselves, that they could
take these tinctures 3 weeks on, one week off, for the rest of
their life if they wanted to?
