Subserous myoma

Hello,

I need help. I have been recently diagnosed with subserous myoma, left side. Initially the doctors suspected I might have a hidrosalpinx (left side), but nothing like this showed up during MRT/ultrasounds. It is rather big (4,5 cm), painful around ovulation (boring pain), when going for stool i feel like stiching pains (as it is pressing the rectum). Some weeks ago I got confined in hospital with severe pains, I got antibiotic treatment (unfortunately the doctors at that time saw that I have an infection but they could not tell exactly where is this located). I am ready to answer detailed questions, I know how complex a homeopathic consultation is, but I truly believe this is the only way to have a permanent cure. Thank you for your help!

Dear Rishimba,

Thank you for your fast reply, I tried to answer as accurate as possible, in case some more details are needed, please let me know.

Sex: Female
Age: 39 Nature of work: Office
Habits:
I try to stop smoking now, I started some months ago (around 10-12 cigarettes per day) after 3 years and a half as a non-smoker (before this break, I was a heavy smoker). Alcohol occasionally (social events, holidays, when I meet friends or family members after a while)

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experience and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering? State the correct location.
Pains in left side, on lower part (around ovary and lower) during ovulation, but also a bit higher, on the level of iliac crest (at least when I got confined in the hospital)

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Gallbladder stones, do not bother me.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
I am afraid to not develop a severe disease since my daughter is only 3 years old and I have to take care of her.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.
Pains in left side, I do not like to turn in bed since the pain gets worse, but I also feel the need to move. I am irritated by the pain.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
In 2005 I had left hidrosalpinx and suffered a surgery (my tube was not completely removed. After surgery and antibiotic treatment I got positive tests for chlamydia, mycoplasma and urea plasma all in the same time (I was told this is because of low immunity after prolongued treatment with antibiotics). Afterwards Candida. Past few years I did not suffer any infection, just mild pain around ovulation. In April this year I got severe pains in left side which got worse after taking a bath. After 1 pellet of Lachesis 30ch was gone. I went to gyneco and he told me I have a 4 cm hidrosalpinx, I should leave it alone. In few weeks (during ovulation) I had pains for two days, tried Lachesis, Belladonna, nothing really worked. In about two days were gone. 2 months later I had again severe pains (left side of the abdomen on the level of iliac crest), it was painful to have stool and urinate (stitching sensation), I got constipated and also extremely bloated on lower abdomen. With or without constipation, each time I have the pains I have a bloated lower abdomen. After going out of hospital I got the diagnosis of myoma on left side, 4,5 cm, outside uterus. It does not have blood circulation in it, it has a regular shape with two round lobes, some parts of the surface look dark on ultrasound (the doctors thinks might be a sign of necrosis and probably the cause of infection and pain when I went to hospital). No severe pain after treatment in hospital, I just 'feel it' when I apply pressure.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
It happened in the afternoon, evening as well as night, cannot specify a timeslot.

7. What are the things that aggravate your suffering and those that ameliorate the same? Example: time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.
First time (April 2014) the pain was worse after a warm bath, some weeks ago (July) was a bit better when rubbing and applying warmth. Also better lying down, worse when standing, sitting, walking. I do not like to change the position in bed.

8. Do you think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Cannot tell.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I do not like cold but also not like extreme hot weather. I prefer a breeze and fresh air, but I am rather chilly person. I like seaside, but I do not stay in full sun, I prefer shadow and breeze.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

I am optimistic, Sense of humor, Irritable (get angry when things/objects are not functioning properly – eg computer, internet), Self-confident, although shy many times, I somehow hide that well. I am impressed by tragedies involving children since I have my own small child.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
Nothing special
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
Not really, I hate super-positive people when they try to tell me ‘everything will be fine’ and I know they have no clue about the situation (they just say it because that’s polite, I consider it superficial). But when a close friend or family member tries to encourage me I can accept it, but I am not enthusiastic.
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
Not really
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless Weeping, talking to one self etc?
I have some small gestures (like closing my eyes quickly and tightly, smelling my fingers)
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I love my daughter and my husband, but lately I developed some resentments towards my husband (I do not think he is supportive enough, he should be more responsible and get a job), also my sexual desire is diminished. I like his sense of humor, but I do not feel attraction anymore.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I am afraid of something bad happening to my family (illness, accident, death), I am afraid of car accidents.

12. What do you crave in food items and what are your aversions?
I crave carbs (bread, French fries) but might be because I usually do not eat them (they make me huge), sometimes I crave sugar, especially before periods. I like fresh fruits (oranges, berries, melon) and tomatoes. I like spices and spicy food.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal or less, when I work I have the bottle with me and I drink about 2 l of water a day, when I am home I sometimes forget to drink

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal usually, but many times when I relax I feel the need to eat a lot of forbidden stuff – bread, potatoes, sweets. Every time I go to holidays I feel somehow free and enjoy high carb diet, I cannot stick to my regular diet, I feel like breaking all the rules.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
No, but after fruits on an empty stomach I feel acidity and also after lunch I am bloated.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Normal. I usually sweat on trunk

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Usually daily or every second day. For the moment is normal, I used to suffer from constipation some years ago (especially after delivering my daughter). Occasionally I have hemorrhoids (was an issue during and after pregnancy, no is happening rarely)

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Quite well, sometimes I wake up because of my daughter who has a tantrum and I cannot fall asleep immediately (around 2 or 3 am). I prefer to sleep on my belly.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
My appetite is rather low now.

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?
No.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
Lately I took Cocculus 30 CH and Causticum 30 CH, nothing special felt afterwards.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
High blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes (at the beginning in my mother), obesity, bloating (esp my father who has an abdomen like a 8 months pregnant), non-alcoholic steatosis (mother), breast malignant tumour (drand mother had it after an injury of the breast), stroke (grandmother). My mother had myoma as well and got hysterectomy when she was 44.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.
White skin, brown hair, green eyes, rather thin (after losing some weight), 170 cm, 58 kg, thin limbs, some fat on the abdomen, bloated abdomen compared to rest of the body (especially lower part).

(For Females)
24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.
Regular

25. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.

• Tonsilitis all my childhood, treated with antibiotics (penicillinum). Tonsilitis and sore throat almost on a weekly basis in 2011/2012 after delivering my daughter, got far better after Tuberculinum (now I am getting a cold once or twice a year and get well quickly)
• Apendicitis in 1986 – apendix removed
• Delivery of a boy in 2004, malformation of the brain, survived only couple of days. No clear reason, all blood tests showed normal results.
• Diagnosed with gallbladder and kidney stones in 2004, ovarian cysts. Kidney stones did not appear afterwards, probably I eliminated them. Ovarian cysts come and go. I took contraceptive pills for about 10-12 years, stopped 3 years ago. Gallbladder stones do not really bother me, I just feel some stitches in right hypochondria from time to time (rather mild)
• Hidrosalpinx in 2005, laparoscopy.
• 2011 I was told hidrosalpinx is coming back on left side, about 2,5 cm
• 2014, April – pains in left side
• 2014, July – pains in left side of the lower abdomen, constipation, cannot urinate and pass stool properly due to pains (stitching).. Diagnosed with myoma, hidrosalpinx not visible anymore.

One more thing which I forgot. I did the gallbladder stones removal procedure you have recommended on the forum (I knew it from Andreas Moritz) 6 times already, still producing stones...

How is your love life now? When did you last have sex?

Please recall and tell me if your sufferings increased along with decreased sexual urge and consequently lack of sexual gratification.

Do you still have ovarian cysts? Do you have any pains before or during your periods?

rishimba 9 years ago
Hi, Rishimba,

It is definitely less often than before (once a week compared to two or three times in the past). The myoma and issues were diagnosed rather recently, my love life is like this for more than 1 year, but i do not even miss this. During last ultrasonography I was not told anything about ovarian cysts. I do not have pains during or before menses, I used to have it before delivering my first child. Now I am just angry, feel more tense before periods, tension in breasts.

Your remedy seems to be CONIUM MAC.

Take 3 doses of CONIUM MACULATUM 200C on a single day, each dose 12 hours apart in empty stomach.

Come back after 15 days to report if you responded to this potency. If not, you should go higher to 1M once in a month.

Thank you, Rishimba,

I just ordered the remedies, I will get them by the end of next week, so most probably I will reply around 25th of August.

Thank you so much for your effort!

Mo Than 9 years ago
Please order for 1M potency also as in such cases, 1M is the least potency which creates a response in most cases.

I started with 200C just to see your sensitivity to homeopathic potencies.

To dissolve the tumors/fibroids, you may have to take 10M potency if 1M didn't complete the cure.

rishimba 9 years ago
This is what I did, I have ordered 200 CH, 1M and now I am also looking for 10M.

Thank you!

Dear Rishimba,

I took the first doses of Conium 200 CH, I got some insomnia afterwards. As you have advised me, I ordered also 1M and 10 M and I will take it later as now I have to do some dental work (as far as I know it might antidote the remedy if given in higher potency). I will keep you posted.
