So much phlegm int throat, choking on it.
I have this sticky post nasal drip. Just so much dampness, I believe it is from smoking marijuana that had many pesticides on it or molded. I am gagging on this spit and am very fatigued, which is unusual for me.Esharmony on 2014-07-29

8. I have a lot of congestion in my chest, runny nose, fatigue. I also have trouble sleeping and psoriasis on my scalp only. Every other month I have pms with anxiety, stress, sleeplessness, and emotional downs.
9. I have have had this congestion and cough for 2 days.
Sleep issues started within the last year. Psoriasis for 2 years. Pms since teenage years.

13. Tongue has normal color and taste, with small bumps at the back since as long as I can remember.
14. I do not know my blood pressure. however, every time taken in my life has been normal.
15. One situation that had a
big effect on you?
I have felt extreme guilt any time I am not perfect in my parenting and in the raising of my son. These feelings have been deeper inside me than almost any other bc of my love, devotion, and responsibility to my son.
16. I have taken many remedies in the past. Most recently I took one dose aconitum nap 30c 2 days ago when I started feeling illish.
Nux vom 30c for hangovers or hiccups.
Lachesis 30c for pms a year ago
In march I had a sinus infection and took a combination spray (made it worse) as well as: pulsatilla 30c, eupatorium perf 30c, hepar sulphur 30c, gelsemium 30c, kali bich 30c.
I've taken ambrosia Artemis L
for hay fever last year.
Arnica for bruises a couple weeks ago.
3 years ago I had a throat infection and took: mercurius, sulphur, hepar sulphur.
I am currently taking 1 tablespoon silver morning/night (just started tonight tho)
17. I dropped out of high school at 16 and got my GED. I have extensive kitchen training. Knowledge of herbs and planting. I have been training as a pilates instructor for a year. And most recently learning accounting.
18. Nature of work, what do you do for living?
I work at a pilates studio a little. And I work for an acupuncturist 2 days a week, doing accounting, ordering, inventory, and scheduling patients.
19. I am hurried. I am a twin. I have lots of peace and purpose. I have much motivation. I go fast. I do as much as I can. I do not relax easily. I get nervous before social situations, get extremely chatty and then have feelings of regret from those situations after. I am happy, but sometimes get so empathetic with people and animals it can affect me. I feel it all. I am very intuitive and perceptive. Dark energy can make me nauseous, light energy I can pick up on easily. I sometimes will think of someone a couple hours before out of the blue running into them. I feel there are no accidents. That I am on gods path and wish to remain in connection with him always.
20. Everything is clear now (it's the evening) but in the morning there is the slightest hint of yellow to the first few blows out of my nose.

I have strong ovulation cramps, I feel 'worse' after I ovulate. Like I am stronger during and right after my period.
