I've had a cold for 6 weeks plz HELP!

I don't know what has happened to me but back in June i had a cold that never really went away properly, then in July it came back, went, and again never fully disappeared.
Then come October I got a cold and it has been here since. This last week it has developed into something worse. I started vomiting then passed out, and then all of a sudden my temperature shot up to 40.2 and my head felt like it was gonna explode all the while shivering like crazy.
I am fed up to the MAX as I am bed ridden and nothing is working. Been doctors who havent got a clue!
I have a headache, sore throat, blocked and running nose, sensitivity to light, lethargy, no energy, i feel weak and fed up.
I perform everyweekend but havent for the past 3 weeks coz its got so bad. Someone please HELP ME
