Please help.......

My age is 30.
At the age of 12 or 13 I urged to rub my penis on the bed and from that day I started to masturbate and i did excessively nearly 8 times a day daily and it was uncontrollable for me to stop.
After 1.5 years i started facing problem of penis leaking and nocturnal emmissions. Nocturnal emmissions were used to occur almost daily even i used to masturbate daily. At that time i used to feel burning sensation in my whole body like there is a fire in my tummy and it is expanding on the other parts of the body and i used to drank a lots of water.
I visited many hakims and so far my problem of nocturnal emissions was somehow resolved but my penis leaking problem,masturbating and penis shrinkage was never resolved.
After sometime a strange thing happened i started masturbation daily in my sleep and i used to awake when i was released. At that time my problems were: penis leaking, penis shirnkage,very low confidence,dark black circles under eyes, difficulty in speaking, burning sensation in tummy and all over the body, fast breathing with a short walk, unable to lift heavy things, sleeping problems, too much thinking.... etc etc
I consulted many doctors and they suggest me different tests and they concluded that my testosterone level is very high and they suggest me to sex or masturbate is my only solution.
Then i consulted different homoeopathic doctors on abc forum and they suggest me different medicines like Bach flowers, selenium etc etc.

I recently married 3 months ago due to very low confidence and penis condition i went to a hakim who gave me capsule to eat on the marriage day. i eat that capsule and my penis started leaking when i was on stage and i was unable to perform on the 1st day.
I consulted a homoeopathic doctor and and still i was unable to perform sex for 1 month whenever i used to go near to my wife or i talk to her on phone i used to start leaking and if i have erection it goes down.
After 1 month i have had sex with very difficulty but after that day i can do sex whenever i need but the problem is my leakage problem is still there.
Whenever i get close to my wife i start leaking.I feel erection but due to leaking it goes down then i rub my penis hardly to insert. it goes in with half erect or sometimes more than half erect but after inserting it took only 40 to 50 seconds and i used to released. If i do 2nd time on the same day after sometime of 1st one i face the same problem however it is said 2nd time timing is usually increased.
Please suggest me any medicine for leakage,erection and timing. Your help will be highly appreciated.
