how long to wait after antibiotic

I recently decided to take a 21 day course of an antibiotic (much to my dislike) because I had a deer tick and started presenting with lymes symptoms. I had been taking Sepia for a prolapsed uterus with successful results. How long do I need to wait before taking a remedy?

you can have a dose of nux vom 200, 5 pills at night half an hour before dinner and restart sepia
