feeling of incomplete bowel movment
Dear doctor,My bowel is not completely evacuated properly in the morning. after 3/4 times of defecation, I feel that my bowel movement now completely empty other wise it becomes bloated associated with a strong sensations knocks to my mind throughout the day that something present in my stomach due to this I am not able to concentrating on my work
This problem is happening from 3/4 years.However,there is no pain my stomach.To keep stool soft i take some kind of laxaltive like:-Triphala or Isabgol on regular basis.
1.Is this symptom IBS or any other disease
2.why my i do not have urge to go for bowel movement if i have not taking laxative.
Please suggest any remedy
other detials for my self are as follows:-
Lifestyle & History
1.Age-39 years
2.Weight-65 kg
3.Height-5.7'
4.Operated for grade 3 pilesin the year 2010
5.Sitting job.
6.very moderate drinking habit 2/3 times a week.
7.Occasionally non veg.
8.Moderate exercise brisk walking & skipping
9.Smoking 2 times a day.
Please suggest any remedy

day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose

One dose means

Thanks for prescribing me the remedy.
Sensation for incomplete had mildly reduce.But i had noticed after the Second Bowel movement my stomach fill with full Gas due to this the sensations is being arise in the mind of incompleteness & Stomach becomes very tight. If I pass/Blech the gas the sensation becomes disappear and i feel very relief.
Please let me know why my stomach bloats after bowel movements.
Should I Continue with same medicine or Please suggest me any other medicine so that gas could be clear from the stomach.
