Influenzinum overdose

I read the dosage info wrong and now my daughter (11yrs) and myself have taken a total of 4 doses a day for approx 9 days; I thought 30X meant 30 times. My daughter has developed a rash on her front rib area, it looks alot like shingles, but with no pain. Is it possible to overdose on influenzinum?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
if you took too much the worst effect you would get is that you would seem like you had the flu - this would soon wear off.

I am very interested in the reaction to an overdose of Influenzinum reported by Catherine Swatland. I note that she used the 30x potency which I have never used for this remedy. I use one dose of the 200c and repeat it in a fortnight to give cover against any flues for about 3 months.

I hope that she will keep us informed if she and her daughter have greater immunity to flues during the next few months. Personally I do doubt that she will have any immunity as the potency was too low.

Joe, I asked a few days ago if there were a similar restriction on using Influenzinum prophylactically as using Bacillinum - i.e., to make sure you are in excellent health. I think there is a possibility my one dose of Influ. 200 may have aggravated a pre-existing skin condition (for which I then repeated my constitutional), and if so it might affect when or if I take the second dose. Thanks!

Influenzinum 200 is recommended to be used prophylactically in the same dosage as is Bacillinum 200.

This remedy too may only be taken when you are not having any other ailments as it can aggravate any present condition.

Dosage is 3 golbules taken sublingually and repeated in 2 weeks as a booster. Thereafter a monthly dose is recommended.

It is remarkable how this remedy reacts in the body and isolates it from catching flues which are prevalent during this season.

Bacillinum 200 is the prophylactic antidote for colds and Influenzinum is for Flues.

Hi,
I am also very much concerned about my 2.5yrs son who has consumed many pills (considerable amount) of influzin 200c. When consulted got an advise to make him drink coffe.

I would like to know for any side affects to observe or notice.. and for any ANTIDOTES or REMEDIES required??

Till now he seems to be active (after ~9hrs).

Kindly advice...

Thanks in advance.

An antidote is best chosen on the specific symptoms that your son displays. If he displays no symptoms, then there is no need to antidote.

Most children will react to a remedy with 24 hours, so if he gets through this period with no adverse effects then he should be fine.
