AIWS - any experience and remedy?

Hello, my 22 year old sister has been having these hallucinations that her fingers have become too big or her hands have become too big. She has been having them since she was 10 or 11. They went away in her teens but when a couple of years ago she got high fever and it seems the symptoms have returned. She has these episodes once or twice a week and usually at night only.

She is quite cheerful and very confident and talkative. But emotionally quite sensitive. Often gets upset stomach whenever she is under stress.

I am no homeopath but i was thinking maybe Kali Phos 6x would be a good remedy for this. I read this is called AIWS Alice in Wonderland syndrome.

Any advices would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your extensive research.

What do you propose? Can any of those remedies work?
Or do we need to lookup further symptoms and match?

Prescribing on a single symptom, no matter how peculiar, will usually fail. The whole state of the patient points to the remedy, not just one symptom.
