High bad odor in sweat from Armpits, pungent, foul, acid

Hello Doctor,
I am 25 years old male, height 5 feet 11 inches, weight 78 kg built normal. Lives in North India Uttar Pradesh. Suffering from the problem of foul, pungent smell in my sweat inside armpits since I was 18 years old. Generally the condition worsen in nervousness, humid weather, and smell comes only through armpits. Smell is like pungent, foul, acidic. Conditions worsen when to do an important task without failure. Conditions also worsen when I wear warm clothes in winter season or mixed fabric cloth. So only wears cotton clothes to cure the problem but is of no use. Deo, antiperspirants, antiseptic soaps failed to cure. Sometimes stammers when in a hurry or in nervousness. . Taking URTICA URENS(MOTHER TINCTURE) from 1 year feels a little temporary improvement. Currently taking THUJA 30C, Lycopodium Clavatum 200. But no improvement felt till date. Smell can be felt in whole room in a period of minute. During smell armpits feels to be sweaty in small amount. During exercise I sweat a lot. But smells come only armpits. Feeling so shameful. Please help me out soon. I shall be highly thankful from the deep bottom of my heart.
