fractured vertebra severe pain

One of my patient has got fall on back ,2 days before,due to loss of balance.She fell in her home only.Her age is 82 year,slim body,weight 48 kg,height 5.5'.
She has got fracture of 3rd Lumbar vertebra(L3),but fracture is of COMPRESSION FRACTURE type,only to the upper flat portion of vertebral body.There is no external wound or swelling or any erythema on skin.No other fracture of ligament sprain.
As fracture is undisplaced stable and her age is 82,the orthopedic doctor has given her brace and put her on analgesic medication and advised bedrest.And called her back after 8 days for follow up.She dont have any head injury or neurological damage due to fracture vertebra ,to spinal cord or any peripheral nerve.Her all peripheral skin and autonomic sensations and bowel and bladder functions are intact.
Her main problem is ,she has severe pain in back .So severe that she can not even change her position,can not turn side in bed,can not get up without severe pain.If others try to help her for movement ,still she feels severe pain...unbearable sharp pain in any movement.
When she lies in bed on her back,initially feels slight better in her pain,but after few minutes say 15-20 mins,again she feels discomfort and pain increases,she feels like she needs to change her position,but when she tries to do so ,its again severe pain for side turn.

Due to pain she is in moderate depression,she has not passed motion last 2 days.She is retired nurse,but still she is in fear that,she would need to undergo surgery and she dont want surgery in this age.
As doctor dont know that compression fracture in L3 vertebra is due fall on back or pathological fracture due to osteoporosis in this age occurred before this fall,they kept her on waiting period of 8/10 days...to see if pain subsides by its own and manage conservatively.

Her only problem is severe sharp pain in movement and compare to less pain in rest ,but again she feels discomfort in one position for long time.
She had heart attack once few years back,but now she is under control without any heart issue,only she takes medicine for hypertension.She has no diabetes problem or any other health issue.Otherwise she was very much active ,independent,extrovert and social being.
Doctor didnt give her any strong painkiller or steroid,only tramadol 50 mg,BD,which is not at all helping her,and due to Ganesh festival here,no other GP are available here,and she can not afford to get admit in hospital.

Can anyone suggest any remedy,that will rapidly relieve her SEVERE INTENNSE SHARP PAIN IN MOVEMENT,IN HER LOW BACK,pain is more in all movements that brings load on spine.

please please forum members help me out for my patient,I am physiotherapist,I cant prescribe allopathy drugs,atleast I want to help her homeopathically..
