(torticollis) please help Dr. Showrav Bangladesh

hello i am a 31 yr old male currently in a lot of neck pain. my neck has somewhat shifted to the right as a result my left shoulder seems slightly higher and longer than my right shoulder. i have had an injury in the past were i got in a car accident and i also have bad sleeping habits and i believe contributed to this injury call wry neck/torticollis. i had an MRI and an x ray done at my hospital to make sure nothing else was going on, the general doctor says my spine and neck are perfectly fine as shown in the x rays. all the neurologist could find was a pinched nerve on my right side of my neck and i am assuming its pinched because of my neck being shifted to the right side. i have been to chiropractor and physical therapist which was highly recommended for this particular injury. for a couple months now and i am still in pain, but they say its going to take time . can you please help, is their any type of homeopathic remedy i can take to help put me on the road to recovery sooner. thank you albert
