cronic psoriasis
i have psoriasis on my lower limbs, i mean on my legs and head, white powdery after scraching,it is from 8 years long, skin bcome redish and bloody moist during scraching on effected area but white rough skin on upper surface

thanks Dr. for your response. plz help me for the best medicine.The details are as under.
age= 28 years.
sex= male.
country= peshawar pakistan (warm moist climat).
the complain is from 7 years.
No homeopahic, but i have taken harbal medince.
sing and symptoms are:-
the disease (psoriasis) is on my legs (lower limbs un der the knee), in head , behind the ears and on my sex organs.
symptoms are:-
Legs(both lower limbs) :- white rough dry skin (like fish skin and is going down like white powder when i scrach) on upper surface of the infected area and redish inside the upper rough area surface, and when if i remove the upper white suface i see the red and bloody moist surface under.
Head :- like dandruff, white dry but moist when scrach.
i m a computer engineer. and working in a university as Netwok Administrator. and also i am married since 2004.
i am muslim.
Mind:- normal but some time absent minded. not so angry,not a public speaking but very frank between friends. also impatient and hurry to some extent,loving behaviour.
Food:- vegetables, meat, and i eat every thing, i mean no aversion of food but dislike chilli to some extent.
Aggravation:- burning sansation on legs when i wet it whith normal water.
the upper rough suraface becomes white in winter season while moisty redish in summer.
when i scrach it, it becomes redish.
age= 28 years.
