anxiety
sir.i am suffering from anxiety for the last three tears. i am 61 yrs and my weight is 58kgs.
sir ,i have no reason at all for my anxiety as every thing is fine now. it all happened three years back when financially i lost havily.
sir, somebody suggested arnica 1m for this.
sir as this is a very high power dose please advise me if i can take this and what should be the dose and how long i should take.

Hello anil,
You need not take arnica instead take following two medicines.
1. ASPEN
2. Star of Bethlehem
These are flower remedies and they do not have potency but very powerful for mental illnesses.
They are available in pills as well as liquid form.
You take 1 & 2 alternately two times each in a day with a gap of about 3-4 hrs.for at least one month.
THREE PILLS IS A SINGLE DOSE OR TWO DROPS IF IN LIQUID form.
They will not only lift you out of depression but help a lot in gaining a general health & well being.
You can take it as long as you want without any fear of aggravation etc. They are very safe & good.

as advised by you i have purchased ASPEN BACH FLOWER REMEDY AND STAR OF BETHLEHEM
with 30 power, manufactured by bhandari homeopath in delhi itself which is reputed company.
pl.advise i have purchased the right medicine.
the alcohal content in this medicine is 90%'

Yes, those are the medicines. The potency written 30 is just for the sake of selling as homoeo medicines.
From your post it seems it is in liquid form so the dose will be just one drop in a table spoonful of water each time.Use a non metallic spoon (plastic or glass).

i am taking thease medicines for the last two days and i surely can say that these are actually working for me. After trying so many medicines in the last few years i think i got the answer to my problem.
