constant pain fingers and toes.

I took as I mentioned your Arnica 30 wet dose for about 2 weeks - seemed to improve, now there is a definite stagnation in my condition . What do you recommend?

Please confirm that you have succussed the bottler prior to each dose at least 6 times.

Not 6 times - maybe 2 or 3 times before each dose - I did'nt get that part of the instruction right. What do I do?

You can try sucussing the bottle 6 times and see if it gives better results with the pain.

If this technique does not work in 2 weeks please post again and I may be able to suggest an alternative.
