Renu dont do that .

Nat Mur 30 is a very strong dose for a 3 year old child .

the homeopath you met in train was very wrong .

As your daughter is very young dont interfere with her natural body processes .

the best thing at this stage is to give her good scalp massage with coconut or other hair oils and take good care of her diet ( hope she is not a fussy eater )

Honestly, taking a prescription from someone you met in a train seems extremely risky to me. Who will manage this case? Who is responsible for any side effects or other problems that might arise? Who is going to assess the case, when no case was even taken?

Without even knowing if this remedy is suitable for your daughter, you should not be giving more than a single dose. You need to assess her reaction, and if she has a bad reaction it is safer to only give that one dose.

One dose, only and wait a week to see what happens to her.

There is no problem with giving 30c to a child in theory, and I give 200c quite routinely, sometimes as high as 1M. However, potency should be looked at case by case, and there are many reasons why someone should be started on low potencies.

Personally, and professionally, I would not be giving advice at all to take a remedy that I did not know was appropriate for someone. What is it meant to do? What do we expect? What issues might cause an overreaction? Are there any obstacles in the case?

Homoeopathy is an individualised medical system, and we rely on specific information about the patient and their disease to act confidently. This is not one of those situations - who knows what is going to happen if you proceed?
