Want to clear some doubts in homeopathy 1

The ABC Homeopathy Forum

please help clear the doubt

Hi.
I suffered tuberculosis in 2008 and later took treatment for one year.
Recently, when unable to conceive, I got to know that the infection has affected my fallopian tubes bilaterally.
I have already tried ivf and failed.
Recently I also came to know that there are some homeopathy medicines which can help clear the blockage, which are tuberculenium 200c, silicea 6x and thiosinamanium 6x. I started taking them. Today I consulted a homeopath who told me that silicia 6x can cause relapse of tuberculosis to me. But I have read that it is very useful in removing the scar tissue. Kindly suggest whether it is safe for me to take all three meds? I am in a dilemma.
Also suggest the dosage of all three meds ( how many pills and how many times a day)
Please help with your experience as I am ready to do anything to conceive.

here are the answers. Tried my best to answer genuinely
Patient ID: Sex:female Age:30
Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.
1. Describe your main suffering?
infertility due to tuberculosis history
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
autoimmune hypothyroidism
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
I feel like a loser many times. i do not share big issues of my life with everybody, not even my parents. I feel i am suffering because i didn't listen to my elders and well wishers. i feel i am doing injustice with my husband and inlaws. i feel like i have to work harder than others to achieve basic things in life. be it a job, basic facilities or a family now. i always think i deserved better than i am getting. i also feel that God is testing me a lot.
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Physically I feel ok. Just some difficulty in breathing sometimes. Mentally I am very stressed and depressed usually.
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
I never had any major sickness before. I had tuberculosis when i was in hostel and hardly of 21 years of age and i was very career oriented and ambitious person. i caught the infection and i used to feel not so good. i lost weight. People suggested me to test for tb but i used to ignore as i thought that tuberculosis was the disease of past and doesn't exist now. I was just very naive. i became weaker and yet attended office. It’s not that I didn't see any doctor but they were not able to detect the disease. My parents were away from me. Eventually, when i started coughing blood, i saw a chest specialist who detected it as tuberculosis. Still i never imagined that it would have affected my fertility.
6. Which time of the day you are at your worst.
Physically I feel good all day long
7. I feel that I suffer more near polluted area. Specially dusty places. I do feel difficulty in breathing.
Green places calm me . I like to be in the lap of nature
8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Yes, when I am alone I feel more depressed and tensed but I also avoid socializing because people ask why I have not yet conceived and other uncomfortable questions. I generally feel very uncomfortable being with people of my age group who have kids, even if they don’t ask any thing to me. I feel good with my parents, in-laws and people who do not ask undesired questions to me.
Yes, I am more irritable and moody when I am near my periods.
9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I feel better in cold weather and rainy season , but it shouldn’t be humid.
10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
I am moody and do have some ego issues. I am very adamant and not changeable. But with time I have certainly became mature . I am a little weird as I behave very well to other people (who are not my family) and I can argue over little issues with my family (specially my husband and mother). I am not lazy. Neither I am nervous, nor suspicious. I do irritate people sometimes.
- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
I am not afraid of thunderstorm even if I am alone. If the lights are off due to thunderstorm I do feel gloomy and lonely, but I am no afraid
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
Yes, sometimes.
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
I don’t like harsh noises, those of crackers, vehicle horns etc. I don’t even like very strong smells, specially the bad ones. I do think I am sensitive to these up to a certain extent.
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless weeping, talking to one self etc?
I do talk to myself, especially when I am alone and have nobody to console myself. I do weep causelessly, again when I am alone or in the night when I am suddenly awaken, I think of my sufferings and weep.
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I do feel left out and alone many times. My mother do cares for me but I can’t tell all my issues to her. She does know about my infertility struggles. My husband is also very busy with his job and has developed erectile dysfunction. We are not at all intimate now. I feel may be I didn’t deserve the basic happiness in life.
11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I had major fears until recently, but as life is progressing, I have started to accept the situations and face them. I do feel unsecured still, for my job. I don’t want to lose it. Since I am of Indian origin, girls here do not get enough support in their jobs. They are supposed to take care of family.
I also fear of dying childless, but I have now started accepting it that may be I won’t have them. I also feel unsecured for my family (we are 3 sisters, I am the eldest and father met an accident when I was 8 and he is not very fit now, mentally and physically, My mother has to take care of my youngest sister and father, my old grandfather is paralyzed since 3 years and is currently with my uncle since few months. My second sister is married.)
12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

Mostly normal. Sometimes excessive, especially when I am hungry and my BP get low. I do suffer from low BP sometimes
15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
No, I don’t think so.
16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
If its very hot and humid, I do sweat a lot. Mostly on my head. I do reside
17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?

I do sleep well. I like sleeping on my stomach sometimes.
19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general? No.
20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
I think I have suffered more than others and have struggled to get whatever I have now. I do feel I am a responsible citizen as I save paper, electricity and water, and do not litter. In India, many do not care about it. I do feel good about my self sometimes
21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
I took anti TB treatment for a year. I am taking thyroid meds now. I do feel that the autoimmune hypothyroidism I have now is the side effect of anti tb meds. I feel healthy otherwise, as long as I am taking thyroid meds regularly.
22. What major diseases are running in your family?
My mother side does not have any major disease.
My husband’s father suffers from diabetes, high BP and has recently suffered a heart attack.
23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance

gaintrox 9 years ago
What symptoms exactly lead you to Tuberculinum here?

Evocationer 9 years ago
I just feel some chest pain, specially while deep breathing.
Other than that, I do not have any other symptoms. Tuberculenium was suggested to me so as to avoid tuberculosis miasm and TB side effects.

gsn2014 9 years ago
Also, what about thiosinamium? Shall I take it or not?

gsn2014 9 years ago
Dear gaintrox
You have to wait and see how your medicine works. To repeat without verifying can lead to unnecessary complications because your selection might have been wrong. Correctly selected medicine in 200 potency can work for even a month. The rule for repetition is Repeat only when symptoms come back and not before.

telescope 9 years ago
I assume Gaintrox, that you do not know that nosodes like Tuberculinum can activate latent diseases. If the patient has had tuberculosis, and you repeatedly give the nosode, you can bring the disease back to life.

Nosodes are especially dangerous if not used by an experienced and trained practitioner.

Homoeopathy is powerful and dangerous, it is not a toy.

Evocationer 9 years ago
dear telescope and evocationer,
thanks for ur concern .
The selection of the medicine is not on symptom it is on cause of everything i fully aware of it nosode .but if u think what i am doing is wrong. i prefer i should leave the forum.IF u think so then plz take care of my previous patients .

Dear gaintrox
There is no need to get so sentimental. We all make mistakes. The important thing is to learn from our mistakes so that we do not repeat them. We are dealing with life and hopes of people. There are some really good doctors in this forum from whom we can learn many things. Do not despair .Keep your mind open and learn from whatever source you can. The reason I pointed out your mistake was concern for both you as well as your patient. Wish you good luck.

telescope 9 years ago
You don't give Tuberculinum because the person had tuberculosis. That is the wrong way to use our medicines. Homoeopathy is based on the symptoms of the patient, not the name of the disease (historial or current).

Tuberculinum 200 every 3 days for someone who has latent or suppressed tuberculosis could cause a problem for them. Of course if the symptoms clearly show the need for the remedy this is a different matter. You are saying you are not using the symptoms, and this is where you will get into trouble. The symptoms are the only guide to healing.

I have often seen nosodes used on patients without regard to similarity, activate underlying pathologies. They should be used with caution. This is why I asked what were your indications for the remedy - if the fact the patient has had tuberculosis is it, then it is not enough.

Evocationer 9 years ago
Reading all your comments, I am quite afraid of taking tuberculinum and silicea. I definitely don't want that TB again. I am very afraid of that disease now.

gsn-

If you consulted a real homeopath, why don't you follow
his treatment and advice.

Instead you are second guessing him and posting on here-
where anyone, anywhere can post any advice, and
people do that on here. Recently, a 20 yr. old patient on here, decided to give
a prescription of something like, take Remedy X in 1M 3 times a day ! for a couple
months and then also take another remedy in CM-a simply insane prescription.
And the patient thanked him for the advice, I told the patient it was unsafe.

If you want a second opinion, your entire case has to be taken- not just a paragraph
about you.

Hopefully, as in your case, other experienced people read
these threads and comment on unsafe prescriptions-but
sometimes no one does that. You can click a prescriber
name and see who they are, what they have done on here
so you have some idea about them- reading past posts.

You can ask for someone in your headline specifically.

I think you should be going to a real homeopath for this
and trust their advice.

If you don't like the person you saw, tell me your city
and I can give you qualified people to work with.

I think you are right simone. I certainly can not risk my health further by experimenting any drug on me.

gsn2014 9 years ago
I agree, get a very experienced homeopath, who has handled
these types of things before and one
you feel you can trust them. Do some
research, bc you can work with many
qualified people by skype, online or
phone if they are not in your area.
