#6- How is your relationship with your parents, spouse, siblings, children etc.
My relationship with my mother and siblings is good. I had a better relationship with my father but he passed 14 years ago. I am getting better at talking about my problems with my mother. I always get worried for her and make sure she is ok. After my father passed I till this day am the head of the household. I am afraid to leaving her behind because I feel like she is by herself and this has stopped me from moving forward. My brothers I adore and we all try our best to still have dinner together and go places together. This past month that I was going through the panic/ anxiety they all helped me cope with it and each one offered their time in making sure I was ok. I love them…..

#7 If relationship is not ok, what’s wrong and how is it affecting you
The only thing that affects me is that I am usually the one that pays and keeps my family moving. If I leave because I am currently in a very loving relationship I am afraid of them not making it through. But my brother and mother both agree that I need to let them go, that I have helped enough, that I should move forward and not back.

#8 Do you smoke/drink/drugs, if yes, details of why & since when
I do not smoke, I did smoked cannabis throughout last year because my boyfriend does it. Once I got a bad panic to the point that I felt I was going to die. So I stopped. I use to drink a lot especially back 10 years ago after my father died. He was an alcoholic and died of cirrhosis/asthma attack. I was 17 So off course once I turned 21 I partied and drink most of the time until I turned 29. I would only drink when I went out. My problem is that I get drunk too fast. Now if I can avoid alcohol all together I won’t drink or I try to limit myself to 1-3 social drinks a week

12. What non-medicinal actions make the main problem better (e.g. massage, warmth, cold, lying down, sitting etc.)
The problem gets better with pain killers for the leg pain, I tried manuka honey and it seems to be pulling out the white skin or puss. I think at this point it’s infected. When I shower it feels better, It feels better when its dry and in open air. For the pain I try to stretch out the nerves and that feels better. I can’t really say that hot or cold make it better. Its more if I let it air dry that it feels better. Sitting makes it better because I don’t feel the nerve pulling pain as I do when I walk.


13.What non-medicinal actions make it worse (e.g. massage, warmth, cold, lying down, sitting etc.)
When I lie down it feels better because I sleep with the wound open and let it air out. I sleep upward the whole night. The pain is semi-painful but I am able to fall asleep. It is more bothersome now. This morning I put hot water on it and as the skin was falling off it started stinging and burning. After dried it it felt better. Walking makes the leg pain and burn feel worse. Last night I put manuka honey on it. This morning with hot water the skin on top fell off. Then I dried put alcohol and used an antibacterial ointment on it. The redness around it seems to be fading away. I have not took pain killers yet. They are still sore and I feel like the nerve that runs through my left leg is still sore and painful if I press down. Especially by my groin area were the leg and pelvis connect. I feel pain on my left leg lymph nodes.

what did you use for birth control
For 1 year 4 months I was on the lowest dose of estrogen/proestrogen pill. For one month I switched to the mini pill which has no estrogen. I changed it because I hated how the low dose pill made me feel, However, the mini pill made my body legs numb and I had racing heart so I stopped. Next I tried the nuvaring but that same week I suffered from a panic attack so I stopped taking BC all together. After this panic episode I felt miserable. Anxiety, panic, suicidal, depressed all happened during the 4 weeks after this panic attacked happened and when I changed the BC and stopped it. Once I got my menstruation again last week and started taking my b-complex, magnesium I felt almost 100% better. I am not sure if your body can have withdrawals to BC. Or that I am coping better with stress and changing my train of thought but I felt better. Until 6 days ago when I got the pain in my leg, soreness, and on Friday the blisters came again in the same spot as before my left leg. I now think they are infected =(

I would visit my parents birthplace in Mexico, small town, not much to do but its beautiful, visit my family in Mexico, Then take vacation to carribiean, I love the sun, ocean, tanning, trying new foods. If it was all paid I would also visit Europe.

9. What is your main health problem & its symptoms
I have shooting nerve pains on my left leg, I initially think that my leg is sore from working out but then two days later I get a small rash and within a day it turns into blisters. I usually pop the blisters and the heal and go away. I say usually because this has happened to me 6 times in the past two years. This time around I did not pop the blisters and tried going to the doctor but was not seen due to not having insurance. Previously on one occasion I was told the lesions were caused by allergy to my own sweat and that it was due to heat, in another occasion I was told it was herpes and was prescribed and anti-viral. The same doctor that told me it was herpes 6 months after told me it was an allergy to heat. Bloodwork was never done. When I get the blisters I have a sore, painful pain on the nerve. This time around the pain went away after the blisters came about. Previously the pain has lasted weeks. The pain in only on the left leg.

10. When did this main problem begin
It began in July of 2013 then again in September 2013, October 2013, April, 2014, July 2014, and not October 2014.

11. What is the cause of this problem in your view
Well I have been going to an herbalist since 2010 he felt it was my birth control since I began birth control in march of 2013. I recently stopped the birth control in Augsut 2014. But now I got this again so don’t think it’s the birth control. I also notice that it happens before or after my period. I ended my period on 9/30 and got the pain on 10/1 and the blisters on 10/3. I also believe its stress. I went to a bad case of anxiety and panic attacks that lasted 1 month after the death of a close friend. I also started getting panic attacks back in 11-2014 on and of but never felt as depressed, anxious, suicidal like I did the past episode which lasted about a month from August 15 to September 15. I started taking b-complex, fish oils, and magnesium plus self-help and feel back to after this and after I got my menstruation.

I practice yoga, I get massages, I recently started meditation, I take herbs and vitamins daily, I go to an herbalist every 3 months. I drink lots of water, and after the terrible episode of anxiety, depression and panic I am trying my best to stay calm, positive, but now I have this blisters again and it makes it hard.

13. What non-medicinal actions make it worse (e.g. massage, warmth, cold, lying down, sitting etc.)
I am not sure that any non-medical problems make it worse.

14. How do you feel mentally & emotionally during this problem (e.g. weepy, irritable, restless, sad, hopeless, fear of death etc.)
I feel drained emotionally, I look at the lesions a lot and get frustrated, I feel sad and even though I am trying to stay positive I at times give up and start crying out of frustration and not understanding why one thing and then another.

15. What other health problems do you have
Non that I am aware of. I use to get chronic yeast infections, and was sick a lot, after I started going to the herbalist I never have got a yeast infection again I feel better and hardly get sick. It’s now the anxiety, panic, and this blisters that are taking over.

Panic/anxiety: 11-2013-current
Leg pain/blisters: 7-2013- current about 6 times.

Not really afraid. I get grossed out with cockroaches and rats. I can scram if I see a spider but will kill it if I have too.

After my anxiety I feel afraid of flying but successfully did it after I took a bottle of lavender to calm me down. I am sometimes afraid of lowliness or darkness if I see a movie or see morbid things but I love sleeping in pitch black places. I am afraid of closed spaces.

21. What occupies your mind mostly
Overthinking, and stressing out over things I can’t control. I want to control everything and everyone. I am on the web/Facebook/Instagram continuously.

22. How do you respond to consolation & sympathy I LOVE IT!! I want to be console all the time and get really upset if I don’t receive. It.

23. Do you want to stay alone or with people :
I like both, But I love to shop alone, But I dislike to eat alone. I can find advantages and disadvantages to both depending on situations.

24. How is your sleep, if not good, why
I usually sleep well. If I am overthinking it controls me. I feel like I need to sleep more than 8 hours to function if I don’t I get aggrevated.

25. Do you have any recurring (repeating) dreams, if yes, what do you see .
I do have dreams, Most of the time I dream my past. Past relationships. I dream that I can’t run or walk fast enough to finish a task in a dream I feel stuck, Then I usually wake up and most of the times forget what I dreamed throughout the day.

26. Is your complaint affected by weather, if so, which weather affect & how
Not sure, But I love warm sunny days, I like to be out and about. I hate the cold. I am always cold and the air conditioner affects me a lot. In my car I turn the ac on and off continuously. I need to feel comfortable and if I am too cold I can’t function or always think I am going to get sick.

27. Do you normally feel hot or cold .
I usually feel COLD and hate being to cold. I can take the heat but not the cold. But during my anxiety, panic, and stress period I was getting many hot sweats.

28. What foods you crave & love (not what you eat due to health or other reasons, rather what you desire) .
I crave cheese a lot. Iove anything that has cheese. Usually when I get home I pull out the Monterrey jack cheese and have it on its own. I love pizza, macaroni and cheese, burgers with cheese, but try my best to eat healthy as much as I can.

29. Is there any food that you hate
I am open minded in trying new things. If it does not taste good but it’s good for my health I I will eat it.

30. What taste you crave & love (e.g. sweet, salty, sour, bitter)
I crave, sour and sweet but try to control my cravings and have nuts and dark chocolate instead. Or have very small portions of sweets/sours.

31. Is there any taste which you hate
If it’s good for my health I will taste anything.

32. Do you like warm or cold food
I like both. I love seafood and also hot cooked meals. I just don’t like for my food to be to hot.

33. Do you want to eat indigestible foods (chalk, lead pencil, mud….) .
When I was younger I would taste all of the above. I like to smell touch things and smell them. I will also taste them out of curiosity.

34. How is your thirst (less, moderate, excessive) .
I drink a gallon or more of water a day. My thirst is moderate.

35. Do you have excessively dry lips or mouth or both .]
I have dry mouth if I feel I did not sleep or consumed to much alcohol

My skin is combination oily. I tend to get a lot of sebum in my nose and chin area. I get cystic acne during menstruation.

I get popped ear problems and lots of congestion if I am too cold or if the air conditioner is on.

I have all my life since I was younger has problems with stool. It was to hard for me to go. Currently with the herbs I go 2-3 times a day and the smell is bad.

My urine is very clear when I drink water and very yellow with the b-complex at this moment

After I got off birth control about a month ago my sex drive is normal. I enjoy it and try to have it everyday.

Yes very!!

Your remedy is: Pulsatilla 200c.

HOW TO TAKE THE REMEDY:
Please take two doses 12 hrs apart. Just two doses. Not daily.
Report back in 7 days with changes observed.

WHAT IS A DOSE:
If remedy is Pills/Pellets:
One dose is one pill.
Dissolve the pill in your mouth.

If remedy is liquid:
Put one drop of the remedy in half glass of water, stir and take one tea spoon from it.
That’s one dose.

TIME OF DOSE:
First dose: At night before sleeping.
Second dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.
Don’t take any more dose or any other remedy unless I tell you.

PRECAUTIONS:
If there is significant worsening of symptoms (called homeopathic aggravation) after the first dose, then don’t take the second dose.
Don’t take any other homeopathic remedy during this treatment.
Give a break of at least 10 minutes before eating/drinking anything before or after taking the remedy.
During the treatment, don’t eat anything which you have never had all your life.

HOMEOPATHIC AGGRAVATION
Sometimes the symptoms for which treatment is being done can worsen after taking the homeopathic remedy. This is homeopathic aggravation and a good sign. It usually dies down within 24-48 hrs. During this time you can use any non-medicinal means to keep yourself comfortable. GENERAL INFO ABOUT HOMEOPATHIC PRESCRIBING:
If someone is giving several remedies, without waiting to see the effect of one remedy, then it is totally against the core principles of homeopathy. Such an approach is unlikely to give permanent cure, rather it may distort actual symptoms making subsequent cure even more difficult.

HOW TO ORDER:
You can get the remedies from this site or various other online sources, use Google search for it.

DIETARY & EXERCISE GUIDELINES (for adults):
Use common sense in following these guidelines and ask me if unsure. Homeopathy is not magic and it can only work when all other supportive strategies are also used. To make sure you are cured as fast as possible and stay that way please change your lifestyle to include the following:

1. Start eating half cup of low fat, plain, non-flavored yogurt with live cultures daily in the morning or with lunch. If you have homemade yogurt that’s the best. Yogurt can cause increased mucus generation in some individuals, if you are like that, don’t eat yogurt. Rather start eating roasted black chick peas (also known as Bengal Gram) daily.
2. Stop all processed foods e.g. white bread, white rice, white burgers etc.
3. Eat whole foods only i.e. whole grain bread, brown rice, brown burgers etc.
4. The bread should be high in bran content & the flour should be coarse ground.
5. Start eating a small bowl of salad at least once a day e.g. it should contain cucumber, carrots, salad leaves, tomato and any vegetable you like. Put a dressing of olive oil & raw apple cider vinegar and put some salt & black pepper to your liking.
6. Eat at least 1-2 fruits per day e.g. apple, orange etc.
7. Drink enough water so that your urine is clear. Yellow colored urine is a good indication that you are dehydrated.
8. Eat only when hungry and when eating, don’t overstuff yourself.
9. Focus on food only when you eat i.e. don’t divert your attention by watching tv etc.
10. Exercise:
• Aerobic activity e.g. Start walking at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week with your spouse/friend and achieve your target heart rate.
• Strength training e.g. Start weight training at least 20 minutes 3 days a week.

LIFESTYLE CHANGE:
No amount of treatment, be it homeopathic or allopathic, can cure if the persistent cause is not eliminated e.g. if you keep moving a broken bone repeatedly then it will never heal since you are not giving it the required break to heal and set the bone. The same logic applies to constant immense stress (don’t confuse it with daily life stress which is necessary to survive).
Extremely unhappy relationships are toxic in nature and only breed more contempt & ill health unless they are addressed and proper remedial measures are not taken.

200ck is the same thing as 200c.

I am answering bc I think you may want to take
this tonight and Fitness is not on.

Stop the herbs bc you won't know what is doing what
and herbs are a different system.

Take the remedy a half hour before or after eating
or drinking anything.

Fitness I will be taking my second dose today 12 hours after the first dose... Is this suppose to heal the wounds or should I continue putting manuka honey on it .. It's been a week and it does not heal and my leg is still sore and lymph nodes still in pain ... Thank you....

No harm in using manuka honey. The remedy will work holistically on all fronts.

So I feel kinder the weather . Feel like I may be getting a fever ... My leg still hurts and the lesions still looks bad... I know I just took the dose however wanted to know if this were side effects and what is the dose suppose to be curing ? Thank you :)

I feel like I am coming down with a fever and have been feeling under the weather after my second dose.. My leg and leg lymph nodes are still in pain and the wound/blisters are still not healing ... I know it just took my dose but want to know if this is a normal side effect or do I have a virus shingles/herpes attacking my body .... I was not quit sure what the dose was suppose to do? Please advice .. Thank you ;)

Each body responds differently, its impossible for me to know if the feverish feeling is due to cold or the remedy. Just observe for now and update me in a week.

Hello Fitness,

It has been 1 week since I took the recommended dosage. Last week I let you know I felt like I was coming down with a fever that never happened. I rested all weekend and felt better. As for the pain in leg nerve and wound, the pain is there very minimally, It feels like the nerve that connects my leg and groin area feels tender. The wounds still have not close. They look better than last week but are still red and have not closed completely. What should I do? Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Hello Fitness,

The pain got better so I did not take the dose.
Leg pain is at 30%

However the actual wound is the one that is still a bothering situation. Yesterday when I changed the dressing it seems to be getting infected or has a yellow look to it again in a small area. I cleaned it and covered it with a band aid. I am no sure how to describe that part of the wound in percentage but will try.

wet:0%
small infection within red areas: 35% (was cleansed last night)
Raised scar: 100%.

Please get Calendula ointment and apply it on the wound. Avoid using band aid as it contains antibiotics & antiseptics, rather try using a non-medicated piece of gauze.

You can apply liberal amount of calendula on a piece of gauze and put it on the wound, keep the gauze in place with medical tape on the sides.

Take a dose of the remedy now if the leg pain is not improving constantly.

Thank you fitness, I actually just purchased a natural comfrey and lavender salve. However, I will discontinue this and purchase the calendula. Does calendula help with the itch and redness as well.

Hello Fitness.

I started using Boiron Calendula Ointment today. I did exactly what you indicated regarding the gauze and medical tape.

After several hours I have the leg pain again. I am not sure if its the calendula on the wound or the nerve on my leg but its in that area. I am so confused. Its not burning its more like a nerve pain.

Leg pain 50%.

Yesterday you suggested I take one more dose if the pain continues but I did not take the dose because the pain was at 0% yesterday after I got your instructions. If I do have to take a dose when do I take it? I just ate lunch.

You can take the dose anytime, there should be a break of 10 min before or after eating anything.
