yes its high but under control but some time i feel out of control then my eyes search some one; before i caught sin please sugges me the medicine

You may try a dose of your constitutional remedy and see how you react but my personal opinion is that you shouldn't suppress your libido.
If you restrain yourself thinking it would be a sinful act, its possible this suppression may have negative effects on your physical health. On the other hand, if you don't, you may feel guilty for the rest of your life.
You are still young and have to raise your four children. You could contemplate marriage.

Homoeopathy is only for curing disease. If you want to do something along the lines of suppressing or damaging your sexual drive, you will need to use another therapy - pharmaceutical medicine, herbalism and similar therapies.
