Help !!! Suffering with acne on body and face

I am 24 year old female suffering from chronic moderate acne on face and body.No medicine seems to have an effect in reducing them.
Had been taking Kali Brom 30C for a week and then stopped after a week after which it showed some reduction in acne.Not sure if it has suppressed or started to cure.
Any suggestion of remedy would be of great help.

Continue Kali Brom-30 6 pills twice a day and Pulsetilla-200 6 pills at bed time
Pl take this treatment for 15 days and then give feedback

Thanks a lot for the help.
Forgot to say that i had taken calcarea carbonica 200 C two doses because i read that pulsatilla works in teenagers and calcarea carbonica is given for adults generally with hormonal imbalance after pulsatilla.
Should i still be taking pulsatilla n stopping calcarea carb?
