Anything that happened a few months ago and is still present is no longer a first aid situation. As per normal homoeopathic rules, the case has to be taken and everything taken into account when looking for a remedy.

It is often the case that after a period of time, situations that would have been fine to treat as first aid ones, become absorbed into the chronic state and become part of it. Since healing depends on a healthy vital force, when something refuses to heal, it is because the vital force is too out of balance to take care of it.

the pain increase while sleeping and go away when wake up after are an accident due to three reasons:
1-sever sprain(which would of reduce eventually after few month .So, i do not think it is the reason in this case)
2- minor fracture
3-spinal problem due to fall
so, i can't say from here what is the correct remedy without a observation of x-ray report
