Hello Rishimba,
Thank you for your response. Please find my description below

Patient Ula T:
Female, 53 y.o., Administation/Graphic Artworker, I do not have any damaging habits, I drink alcohol very rarely.

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experience and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering? State the correct location.
Reoccurring genital herpes - more often it is located on the left labia, but generally it alternates sides. Before the blisters there is a pain, burning and tenderness of a whole area, often radiating down the leg and the buttocks. First occurred about 15 years ago.
Lichen Sclerosus - permanent condition for years; on the left side, there are tiny itchy spots close to labia minora; white, discolorated tissues between labia minora around urethra, red itchy spots on the bulging part of vaginal walls, (as I also have a certain degree of prolapse). The whole area is always tender to touch; itchy and burning, sore sensations, getting much worse when herpes or thrush infection happens.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Digestion problems, often bloating, foul smelling winds, chronic, moderate pains on both sides of stomach area.
Wandering pains around joints and ligaments – knees, wrists, ankles; back pain - recently severe tension and pains in the upper back/shoulders area and between shoulder blades.
For 2 years now, nearly constant pain on the outside of left lower leg.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
As concerns my female organs area – I am in constant distress and discomfort (if not simply in pain). Avoiding sex as much as I could was, probably a huge contributor to my relationship break-up. I feel sad and kind of dead as a woman. I try to convince myself that it is normal at this stage of life, but there is a part of me, which does not believe it. Sometimes even simple wiping after urinating is really painful.
Digestive problems are much better since I’ve gone on gluten free diet. I have also reduced sugar to truly minimal amounts, for a year now, but it is still causing me some problems. I got used to abdominal pains, they do not bother me that much but, the thread of painful bloating and terrible winds on social occasions make me really stressed.
I used to suffer from bulimia between age 15 and 30, and occasionally I have fits of very anxious, unconscious way of eating; no purging, but they bring unpleasant memories and fear that one day bulimic behaviour may come back.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.
The area is sore constantly, when I sit, walk or do anything. I burns, itch, underwear no matter how soft, irritates the skin, the sense of inflammation, swelling and burning is felt on the outside organs and inside of vagina.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
First herpes happened about 15 years ago, LS – I do not know, as for many years I’ve had these symptoms, which were misdiagnosed as reoccurring thrush, in spite of that there was no sign of fungi or bacterial infection in the tests. Finally I have noticed discoloration of the tissues about 6 years ago.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Difficult to say, it depends on the state I am currently at. If I do not have the active herpes, it tends to feel worse in the evening.

7. What are the things that aggravate your suffering and those that ameliorate the same? Example: time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.
Aggravate: clothing, warm temperature, sitting (both herpes and LS)
Ameliorate: lying down, relaxing with legs wide, access of air, warm gentle shower or a bath, (both herpes and LS)

8. Do you think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

Herpes – it seems that it tends to show up every time when I get cold, especially on my feet.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I prefer moderately warm weather and definitely prefer dry weather.
If I need to choose between two evils: extreme hot and extreme cold – I prefer extreme cold.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

I am rather mild, agreeable, co-operative, feeling lonely and abandoned at times, in contact with certain people I experience irritation, I chronically procrastinate, self conscious, inquisitive, curious, independent.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
I feel very bad before thunderstorm, waiting for it, I feel relieved when it comes, I like to breathe then

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
I rather deal with me problems on my own, I may share the story when the tension lessens or the problem started to solve.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
Yes, very much so.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless weeping, talking to one self etc?
I am getting emotional and weepy, very often on unpredictable occasions.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I am emotionally bonded with my grown-up daughters. We do not live together for 10 years now, but we are emotionally close. I have divorced my ex husband (my daughters’ father) 15 years ago, I am kind of sad that it was the only way we could go… (he is a drinking alcoholic). Then I’ve been in 10 years long relationship that I somehow regret and feel that it was a waste of my lifetime. I reflect that being with him I was not true to myself and finally it turned up against me.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I fear about my daughters’ health and wellbeing, their relationships and destructive, addictive behaviours, which I see or know about.
I do not have any repeated dream, currently.

12. What do you crave in food items and what are your aversions?
Cravings: sweet things – fruit, chocolate (not cakes); butters – nut butters, milk butter; crunchy things – crunchy breads, carrots, any veg.
Aversions: meat (smell and look), fish, boiled milk, smell of the utensils after scrambled egg or any other egg dish, especially when I wash it up (I can smell it even 24 hours after lingering on the fork or the plate)

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
I drink a lot, but I do not consider it as excessive.

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal, unless I am anxious or procrastinate - then I crave for snacking constantly.

15. Is there any kind of food, which your body can’t stand?
Smell of the boiled milk and sensation of milk in my mouth is repulsive, gives me heaving.
Sea food – prawns, calamari – look, texture and smell – repulsive.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
It’s normal unless I am nervous or simply tensed – then armpits and groins are flooded with sweat.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Most often – hard, constipated, formed in balls.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
I have problems with falling asleep and sleep deep. I wake up often, restless.
I tend to turn all around trying to fall asleep or sleeping.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
I experience a fear of intimacy, due to fear of physical pain and huge discomfort (herpes and LS), but also related to my body image and a feeling that this openness will be abused… sooner or later…

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?
I do not feel that I am strange or peculiar – maybe this sensitivity to egg after-smell is somewhat strange.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
I tried steroid creams, zinc creams, rinses with hydrogen peroxide, coconut oil, tea tree oil…

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
My mum died of leukaemia when she was 42 y.o.; My father is 80 now with coronary heart disease for 15 years and spine degenerative condition for 20 years.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.
Small frame 155cm tall, 50+/- 2kg, active, fit.

(For Females)
24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.
My periods stopped altogether about 2,5 years ago.

25. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.
7 y.o. – mononucleosis (very heavy one, 1 month in a hospital)
7-10 y.o. - juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
18 y.o. – appendectomy (hugely inflamed)
25 y.o. – cholecystectomy (gall stones)
Reoccurring cystitis since I was a child.

Your remedy is SEPIA OFFICINALIS.

Since you are primarily being treated for skin related symptoms, you need to start with a low potency.

Start with SEPIA 12C three times a day for some days. Once you see your affected area is getting better or worse, stop the doses for some days...till you see any relapse of symptoms.

Take the doses once in 8 hours. One dose would be 3 drops of remedy in 10 ml of water or 3 pills chewed in empty stomach and clean mouth.

Don't take any food or water one hour before or after the dose.

In case you don't see any change even after a week of dosing, you need to try the same with 30C potency taking it once a day in the morning for some days.

Keep in touch once a week and share notes.

Hi Rishimba,
I cannot get Sepia 12c quick enough, and I am in desperation to start using it.
I can buy potency 30c with fast delivery.
How should I take it if is potency is higher?

Thanks a lot
u

If you want to start with the next higher potency, take 30C once a day in the morning for some days.

I have already told you that skin symptoms need to be treated very slowly. The dosing rate has to be mild initially otherwise there may be an aggravation.

After a few days of dosing you may observe some changes in either the sensations or texture on the affected part. If it gets better, taper down the dosing to once in two days. If it gets worse, stop dosing immediately and wait for conditions to stabilize.

Gradually you may have to raise the potency for complete cure if required.

Hello Rishimba,
There is my first report on the results. I am after 4 (potency 30c) pills taken exactly as you recommended. When I took the first one the herpes blisters were at the healing stage, but everything around was very sore and burning. After the first pill, I've had a noticeable relief of those symptoms for a day, after the second one they returned with the intensity, but no new herpes blisters showed up. I have delayed the third pill. I did not want to apply any cream to monitor the results, but it was unbearable so I decided to use a coconut oil which gives a bit of relief. After the third one, I've had an impression that the herpes blisters were preparing themselves to show-up, but they haven't ... :)) luckily! Tissues are as changed as they were (white patches with reddish dots), but it feels much more comfortable and feels less tender at touch of underwear or a wipe.

Should I continue or change something.
I will be looking forward to your instructions.

Thanks a lot Rishimba!

Make the healing process as slow as possible. Don't dose for a few days and see what happens to the eruptions. They should gradually become better.

If they remain the same and condition stabilizes with a lower intensity, take one dose of 30C and observe for 2 to 3 days. If no change, take one dose per day for 3 days maximum, then wait.

Its a step by step process towards cure.

Hi Rishimba,
I understand and I will follow your instruction. What should I do in situation like today:
I have not taken a pill for 2 days. Yesterday it seemed to be stabilised and in a condition which I would call 'less noisy', less calling for my constant attention. Today it is worse again. I did not take another dose, so it does not look like a side effect... Should I take another one even if the symptoms are worse, or just should I leave it and wait for a 'better day'.
Correct me if I 'm wrong - as a rule, should I be taking pills only when I am relatively free from symptoms and do the breaks whenever symptoms show up?
Sorry if it is a trivial question, but I really want to make it work and do not spoil anything by my over zealousness.
I will be grateful for your answer. Thank you
u

As a rule:

1. In skin related symptoms, low potencies work best. So, 12C would have been better.

2. Dosing pattern has to be slow and based on conditions.

3. Repeat the dose only when things worsen or enter a plateau.

4. When suffering increases and the condition of your skin worsens, take a dose and wait.

5. If the condition stabilizes for some days and doesn't get worse or better, take three doses, one on each day.

6. Never dose when things are improving.

7. Go to the next higher potency only when this potency doesn't produce any response whatsoever.

Trust you will be able to manage the case yourself now.
