The ABC Homeopathy Forum

My 6 1/2 years old son

In the night, his stomach was hurting.
At 5:00 am, he vomitted the food he ate yesterday at 4:00pm with all his cousins (Chicken with rice). The only thing he had different from his cousins is chicken nuggets in the restaurant at 12:00pm yesterday. Fever 39.0 + stomach ache
6:00am he vomitted again, fever & stomach ache.
11:15pm he vomitted again.

I already have him today 2 doses of nux vomica 200 5 pills each) & 3 doses of ars alb 30 (2 pills each).

Now it s 1:00pm & his fever is 39.1.
Gave him twice Panadol today.
Is there anything else I should give him?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I m also giving him the electrolyte water.
I m not sure if it's a virus or food poisonning. He vomitted the homemade food that all of us ate.
