Assuming there is no trauma involved, please stop Agnus and have one dose of Lycopodium 200, just one dose and report back in 5 days.

No you can't take 1M. Why do you have it and have you been self prescribing earlier on.
HOW TO TAKE THE REMEDY:
Please take one dose. Just one dose. Not daily.
Report back in 5 days with changes observed.
WHAT IS A DOSE:
If remedy is Pills/Pellets:
One dose is one pill.
Dissolve the pill in your mouth.
If remedy is liquid:
Put one drop of the remedy in half glass of water, stir and take one tea spoon from it.
ThatÂ’s one dose.

Then don't take 200. It will not work. I prescribed with incomplete information and it will lead nowhere.

Is it possible that you have tweaked out your lower spine
in some way? From riding a bike, other exercise, sleeping
in wrong position etc?
Bc it could be that the nerve flow is not working properly
in that area.

The other thing that can impede nerve
flow in the lower back is sitting for
long hours at the computer without
taking breaks and having things at the
wrong height so there is slight neck
bending and so on.
My suggestion is to do what Fitness advised and thus rule out
what you may not be aware of.
