insomania + chronic constipation

My wife aged 52, was done hysterectomy. She is suffering from sleeplessness throughout day and night.she was advised allopathic medicines (sertaline 25mg, lorazepam 2mg
.She is getting sleep but feels restlessness, anxiety, weakness.with above treatment she is suffering from chronic constipation, for which she is taking Duphalac lactulose oral solution.
This looks to be a never ending problem.

I request you to kindly advice her homeopathic treatment to comeout of the problem.

She feels burning in stomach, having hot flashes, umbilical hernia.

she is having BP and no sugar

PL give her
1. Sulphur-200 6 pills in morning
2. Nux Vomica-200 6 pills in evening

Pl give this treatment for 15 days and then give feedback

My wife is little responding to nux, but having burning sensation with sulphur.

she is not taking alopathic medicine for constipation.

insomania is same as earlier

she is feeling acidity and burning sensation.
